Disagree.

The best logo thus far in this thread is the slight redesign of the 92 logo, but this one is a close second.

The red parts might need to be simplified a bit for it to be an actual crest.

If the Senator's unveiled a black jersey with that logo on it, I'd be happy with it.

I thought I would take a stab at redesigning the classic 2D as well.

Good work. I like other simpler designs but your logo design here is very cool. Much nicer than the other two d logo that was introduced back in 2007 IMO.

It is somewhat AHLish though like someone else said. Bingo would look brilliant in your design. Keep it up.

I like it. I would simplify it and have just solid red not the three shades.

Agreed

That is the strength of the Heritage O: clean, simple and gets the point across

Boooo, I can't handle the constant ribbing we get for the big 0. Leafs fans always say the 0 if for 0 Stanley cups. It's not easy to fire back because its true, who wants a giant 0 anyways it looks awful! Ottawa has a bad record wearing them too

I have never once been ribbed for it. Maybe by a 17-year old?

If we're going to make team policies based on the juvenile stand-up material of grade-school children, we should also stop pooping, because someone might call us "a stinky poop-butt". The insults are about equivalent to eachother, IMO.

It's like someone telling a Leafs fan that they're supposed to be Maple LeaVES. Ugh. If anyone has ever said that in their life at an age any older than 12, they need to go give themselves a self-administered swirlie.. The punishment fits the age category of the insult, as far as I'm concerned.

It's like someone going to a Devils fan and saying "I'm an atheist so I don't believe in you!". God. My whole body is cringing right now knowing that people like that exist.

Grr... Now I'm just irrationally upset, and editing this post again to point out that I both simultaneously feel sorry for some people while fighting off the urge to tie their shoelaces together and watch them for the next hour as they hopelessly try to figure out why they keep falling down.

It just adds to the leaf dumpsterfire of a team, can't play, can't hit, can't fight, can't spell. Truth is Ottawa hasn't won a cup so sticking a giant 0 on your shirts is a pretty dumb idea. If it was more like the city of Ottawa logo fine, but oh my the alternates are brutal in more ways than 1

Uhh... have you ever even seen the City of Ottawa logo?

I mean... if the image we are trying to convey with our logo is "We are a disposable cafeteria cup from 1988", then sure - I can totally see us taking inspiration from the City of Ottawa logo.

Otherwise: no.

The city of Ottawa has actually won 9 Stanley Cups.

You are in a very small minority that hates the "=O=" logo...most Sens fans love it. Merchandise featuring the "O" outsell the centurion which is why the team keeps making more and more merchandise featuring it.

I don't believe that's true at all, they were hot sellers because they were new. If they were so popular don't you think they'd be our main jerseys? They never will be because they look like a 70's farm team jersey

I'm sure most people here could care less about a fan base whose team chose a blue maple leaf as its logi and a dinosaur for its basketball team...

I really think you're in the minority here. I don't think I've met or talked to a single person that shares your view of the "O" logo and color scheme. I know I've bought just about every piece of memorabilia I can find with the new logo and color scheme.

It's our home and away jerseys that are generic awfulness with that lame 3d logo.

Ottawa has also won 9 cups so I don't think calling it a zero even makes sense.

There's nothing 3D about the jerseys, it's a 2D logo. Say what you want about the Reebok designs, they look pretty sharp imo. The reds don't really do it for me, it should be black base with some red and white, then we could have the meanest jerseys in the league home and away. Seriously is this not the coolest jersey in the league?

Washington has pretty sweet ones too, but they look pretty similar to Ottawas

Respect your opinion, I couldn't disagree more though. I really think you're in the minority imo, I've talked to a lot of non Sens fans that think our 3rd jersey is the best jersey in the league.
