Not sure but I would think soon. JR said Halak and Hakanpaa are here, and Jaskin I think tweeted that he's here.

Elliott also tweeted he'd be here soon and I think JR said sometime in August is when Tarasenko is expected to arrive.

Will be exciting when they start trickling in.

I guess they're practicing out at the Mills? Free to the public I'm guessing right?

I'm hoping in the near future the Blues get a different practice facility other then the Mills myself, isn't that in the works?

There are informal skates, but here's a hint: they're very, very, very early in the morning on a day late in the work week. Won't say which rink. But they are happening with the players who are in town.

I'm not sure why you are trying to be so secretive, but they're at the Mills usually around 9:30 or 10.

No, those come later on. I'm talking in the 5a-8a range, and not at the Mills.

It's secretive because the reason they're so early is so people won't show up and bother them.

My cousin went last year during the week to the Mills to watch them practice. Not sure who you're trying to fool.. It was JR or Lou who I remember tweeting or JR answering in a chat that they were at the Mills practicing.

I would imagine this week we would see a few more guys make it in to town by Friday. I am so tired of baseball I could puke... Thank goodness hockey is almost back!!

Well Tarasenko and others are on the ice right now per JR so this is wrong.

Who says they're not having practices at another complex?

Why do that when they can just skate at the Mills and close it to the public?

You are aware that players -- gasp -- get on the ice multiple times a week, right? Oh, the horror.

Also, during the offseason many choose to play elsewhere because the Mills isn't as near to where they live as the one at which they do play.

I think it's time for the Blues to get a better practice facility in West or South County myself.

Obviously they get on the ice multiple times a week...

But i'll let you believe you have some type of inside info.

What if he (or a friend/family member) works at said facility?

I don't think it's really as inside info as some think. Most skaters usually don't skate much at all, or at all during the off season until August or so. It's more off ice training than anything.

Jaro just started practicing about a week ago. Either way, this isn't a big deal. It'll be open to the public soon enough and then nearly all of training camp is open to the public. I think they are doing the practices & everything at STC again.

Multiple guys I know play at the skate with them. But the point is 100% correct.
