I see that you mentioned that he needs to improve a little defensively, and while I agree that every player should always leave room for improvement, I think OEL was arguably the best defenseman in our zone last year, maybe behind Michalek.

thanks ... I though OEL was pretty good all year but slipped a bit toward the end of the season. He is still very young and his best days are still ahead of him. Coyote fans know what we have but the Olympics will show the rest of the world. I wonder how the Team Sweden coach feels about throwing out the pair of OEL and Erik Karlsson?

Larsson and Ekman-Larsson? His injury last season is what I considered the reason why he "slipped a bit".
Strength is where I would like to see improvement!

He did, but keep in mind he also played through a broken foot.

Well I always think size helps but it really isn't a part of his game and I love what he does out there so I don't think it would make much difference. It might actually slow him down if he beefs up too much.
