Great article, it's refreshing to read another positive article regarding our team I just seem to have a positive vibe coming from that locker room at the moment we obviously can't know everything that goes on behind closed doors, but it just feels like this team supports and respects each other and that the "competition" is positive not hostel, and for a team to succeed and go far you need this.
I can understand that both of them would like it in Montreal, given that it is the closest thing to being home this side of the Atlantic. On the other hand, you don't expect the guy to say "it sucks here, the media is always trying to stir things up".
Both Abby and Huet want to stay, and as of right now, both are handling this situation very, very well. Both seem to have the best interests of the team before their own, this is very nice to see, and is obviously a big part of team chemistry, so if the goalies are OK with this, then the rest of the team will be OK with it, and that really helps when the team doesn't have to pick one or the other, and then the room gets divided. Props to BG and Carbo for having the goalies understand the situation, and a big to the goalies!
I hope he stays! Would be great to have both of them. Money is going to be tight though, so I don't see it happening. Then again, Huet's contract will be up at the end of next year, so if he does not play that great from now until then they could let him walk and keep Abby.
