I think we could drop the "joins hamilton" from the title.

The Habs have quietly built an impressive group of young forwards. Nice!

Got a feeling that soon it will become the "The Hell did we sign Briere for?" edition.

Do you think Collberg or anyone else the Habs drafted in 2012 or 2013 could fit in immediately? Briere is a short term fix, that's all.

Collberg can't play in the NHL before his season is over in Frolunda, he's under contract for the season. So it's very likely that we won't see him before the 2014 camp. So if he goes straight to the NHL before passing by the AHL next season, he'd have one season along Brière and without Gionta. So Brière will likely be usefull for his 2 seasons with us.

Exactly... and it gives our younger prospects time to develop their all around game properly.

Aaaa yeees, for the first time playing simultaneously with the senior team, Collberg and Victor Backman. Together they tore the J20 SuperElit apart in 2010-11.

MB and MLapointe think that Collberg is very near NHL.

Would be nice if they could stick together in an offensive role.

Didn't see the game, played in Switzerland. Though there was a PPV stream available, as is to tomorrows game.

Well at least Collberg is doing well. Stats wise, lehkonen seems to be struggling.

Not too concerned with Lehkonen. He's already scored with men and dominated his age group during the WJC camp. I think it's a matter of adjusting to playing against men again.
