Also in 422! Row 9.

Had an interview the same time as my ticket time. I considered rescheduling the interview, so that doesn't bode well re how enthusiastic I seemed during...

Because a baseball stadium seating is farther back from the rink and obviously not as the same incline as a normal arena you will miss much more of the near sideboards when sitting along the side. Pull up the Philly gam on tape and see for yourself.

If I could have picked an exact seat it would be in the 200 level 3rd base slightly to either side of the goal. As it is I ended up in 224 so not complaining at all

Obviously that perspective changes the higher you are in the stadium I would certainly prefer behind home plate in the 400 level vs behind the goal in 400

Bottom line is that anywhere in the 200 - 300 level should be fine. Followed by low row in 400. I would avoid lower level if possible unless your primary motivation is just to be in and absorb the party atmosphere

Soooo has anyone decided to be cool and sell any of their tickets for either game to fellow Rangers fans for NOT stubhub prices? I would love the chance to go either game!

Read the ticket thread. A few people have offered to sell tickets at face value or bundle with regular season tickets.

Face value was ~ $332 if i remember correctly for the seats being offered.

We got 405 row 14. We were scheduled for 10 AM. Dads friend logged on to buy the tix and said the $229 price point wasn't an option. Didn't ask him about the others.

You get to purchase how many seats you have on your account for each game. So if you have two seats at MSG, you can buy 4 in total, 2 for each game. The seats will be the same for both games.

Only concern I have about those is being able to see the video board from there but that's probably why they're discounted to that extent. View of the game should be fine especially since 405 is in fair territory and the foul pole won't be in the way.

that's not the only concern, it's also very far away. This is 405:

You will see the entire ice though, so it's not a bad deal considering the price point

For those interested, the $79 seats are now available. I picked up 3 in 121A row 17

It is far away but my concern after sitting on the field level in Philly was being able to see the entire ice which I'll be able to do here. Value up there is pretty good especially considering some field and bleachers where you won't see anything is the same price.

Remember also row 14 is last row so u will be able to stand too.... And also completely covered from rain or snow... That's worth something... Lol.

Yes it is far away but you will see fine. I would take these in a hearbeat over anything on the field level. I went to the last row in Philly to get perspective and you will enjoy

Not true - all depends on the wind. The last row is not walled, it's a bunch of vertical bars that if windy will blow everything onto you, and also being at the last section 405 again depending on the wind direction will blow in from the ends. If you're looking for cover up there, a sure thing would be along the lines of 406 row 11.

The best cover are the last rows of Field or Main. You are generally totally exposed on the Grandstand or Terrace

Hopefully it's nice and dry, still wind, for both games so it won't matter. But I wouldn't mind light snow, especially on the Weds game. That would be awesome

Even if the foul pole was in my line of sight, I wouldn't worry. I will be far enough away from the foul pole that I could see. Not as if I would be RIGHT behind it.
