We've finally gotten through August, toughest month of the year for hockey fans.

Can't wait for Hockey/Football/Fall season to start. We are gettin close!

We have some good options for #10. Duguay, Tik, Fairbairn. More recently Gaborik. And going way back, Laprade and Ingarfield.

We also got the resident big-hair-man. I like this picture for obvious reasons.

The other retired 9. Also probably one of the top 5 most important players in Rangers history.

Darren Turcotte.

One of my fav players as a kid. I'll never forget that breakaway goal where he juggled the puck with his glove around a defenseman coming into the zone and buried it. Scored something like 32 that year. One of the most exciting Ranger rookie years ever.

I gotta find a way to get a VHS I have for the 89-90 season called "Poised for Glory" onto youtube. ITs got all of that, Troy Mallette and Nilan beating people down, Richters penalty shot stop against Randy Wood. The Johnny O's popping goals in. Gartner, Bernie Nicholls, Beezer.
