Question for anyone who has bought the "first line fan club" promotion in the past.

It says I'll have access to buy a pair of tickets on September 4th (Tomorrow) but it doesn't say a time. Does anyone know if the tickets are available to purchase at 12AM tonight or is it some time tomorrow morning?

Thanks.

Hi,

I'll let the pair of tickets go for 70$, which is lower than face value.

Thanks

a little OT: Season opener tickets

I have never been to a Habs game, but a couple of friends and I want to go for the season opener.

How impossible is it going to get tickets when they go on sale? In case I can't get them off the website when they go on sale, where is a good alternative to find tickets?

Thanks for any help

Season opener is difficult to get. Especially 3+ people.

I have been successful three years in a row (and those are the only years I tried).

If it is difficult, how have you been successful 3 years in a row?

Buy the tickets 4 to 5 hours just before the game on StubHub. http://www.stubhub.com/montreal-canadiens-tickets/

Many people will have a last minute thing (or something else) and they will sell their tickets below face value because of course, they don't want to lose all their money.

That's the best solution, I'm telling you. Or there's the ticket vault on the official website.

I'd be driving in from Southern Ontario...and we don't really want to plan a couple of days in Montreal without a guarantee of going to the game.

And thank you for welcoming me to the boards. I lurked here all last season but never posted. Looking to contribute to the community this year

How is this possible? EVERYTHING good sold out already? I was under the impression that there would still be lots available when they go on sale on the 7th so when I signed up to the first line BS to get early access I figured I would for sure get some good seats........

There are a number of seats released to the public in the early access. There is no way they would allow all seats to be available.

Ok. So I paid $130 to get access to just the whites. What a ****ing rip off.

I hope you didn't pay $130 for VIP.. JUST because of early access.

I did, because I figured guaranteed early ticket access I would be able to grab some good seats in the reds for face value instead of 2.5x the amount on stubhub and I would still be saving a lot of money even after paying $130 for "guaranteed access".

Lesson learned. ****.

Yeah I did the same thing, lol.

Disappointed but I guess lesson learned.

I figured there would be at least a single ticket in the red section available, wanted to get some good red seats at face value since I'm traveling from Nova Scotia and this will probably be one of my only NHL games I'll ever go to.

I got 4 tickets to that Philly game in the blues. There was an issue with the system for the first 5 minutes.

Nice. I ended up grabbing some Whites, I was really under the impression this would give me a chance to grab some Center Reds since I was told they're usually possible to get just by getting through the waiting room on the 7th.. Now that I have tickets in the Whites for the first two games I'm thinking about selling the ones for the Home Opener and getting some better seats of Stubhub.

I wasn't talking about the opener, just getting tickets to a game.

Although I did get tickets to the opener last year.

Any season ticket holder got their tix yet? I chose to pick them up at the Bell Centre and have not heard from them, but I think some of the ticket holders received them by mail already.

I'm in Montreal for the Oilers game on October 22, and was hoping to see the game. Is stubhub the best way to get tickets? Seems like tickets are in high demand given the price .

Saturday at 10am on the habs website is worth a try since all 41 games go on sale at the same time.
