Fine by me, Hamilton, like other have said, is really going to be a good team this year. Excellent mix of Rookies that have a season under their belt and veterans from the AHL.

I saw him a lot in junior and knew he was a terrible pick in the first round. All he has done since is prove me right.

Very low IQ and very mistake prone. Not particularly good at anything that really helps a team, but a good skater. His shot is almost moot since it hits a shin pad EVERY time. One of the worst point shooters I've ever seen from that perspective.

But he's a nice guy and a good musician.

How much does a tool box cost at Rona? Molson can afford it. No?

Drewiske should definitely be ahead of him. Lashoff has better tools but Drewiske is much smarter. Drewiske is too good for the AHL but not good enough to play meaningful minutes so far in the NHL. Lashoff is terrible at the NHL level and looks to be an AHL depth project.

Feels dirty having a player who is both a Bruin and a Leaf reject......Maybe we have a designated roster spot for such a player now that Kaberle is gone.....

More talented than Drewiske, but last time I watched him he was also less effective and less reliable. So... yeah...

Didnt he make a nice goal in AHL all star shootout?

Something like Datsyuk behind the leg shot.

This makes sense, hopefully he signs with the Dogs.

Markov - Subban
Boullion - Gorges
Murray - Diaz
Drewiske
IR: Emelin

Tinordi - Nygren
Beaulieu - Pateryn
Lashoff - Ellis/Deitz

That should be a fairly solid (or at least entertaining) AHL defense squad.

I hope you don't think the same about Thrower.

I actually haven't seen Thrower play nearly enough to render a qualified opinion. I had high hopes for him, but other posters have scared me a bit.

If he's a Lashoff, we might as well see if Alain Berger needs a roommate.

Prepare to have mind blown...they actually were a pairing fairly regularly in the games Markov wasn't injured from 2009 - 2011.

They played 326 minutes ES minutes together in those 2 seasons.
