Here's my guess on the Bingo lineup, I still think there could be a move or two before the start of the season there just seems to be too many players. Maybe one of these guys sticks in Ottawa but they have money concerns & may not want to carry 23 players. I guess we'lll soon see.

Hoffman - Da Costa - Stone
Prince - Pageau - Petersson
Cowick - Grant - Schneider
Dzuirzynski - Hamilton - Robinson/Kramer

Boroweicki LD - Wideman RD
Claesson LD - Ceci RD
Sdao LD - Rutkowski RD/Eckford LD

Lawson - Hammond

Elmira: Culek, Puempel, Karlsson, New, Blood

I really don't see BM/TM sending one of their first round picks to the ECHL. Puempel would have to suck pretty hard through the first few months for them to demote him like that. Managers don't want to make themselves or their staff look bad so expect Puempel to get a ton of opportunities in Bingo.

Acording to Bingo fans, Puempel was one of the best players in the playoffs for Bingo. I highly doubt he's ECHL bound.

Yeah, Robinson or Kramer have a higher chance of starting in ECHL then Puempel ever will.

Yeah, no way Puempel goes to Elmira. And Boro will play with Ceci.

I'd be surprised to see Puempel in the ECHL too, but who does he take out of the lineup? Cowick or Kramer would be my guess, who do you guys think he replaces? Puempel is a first yr player afterall as is Robinson in my lineup, there are quite a few returning players from last yr. I do think he is ahead of the other first yr players.

Luke likes to have extra bodies to rotate into the line up..2-3 healthy scratches for the rookies wasn't out of the norm..

Exactly & it's quite likely there will be injuries again which should get Puempel into the lineup somewhere. I assume the AHL is like the NHL isn't it, where a team can carry 23 players at a time?

Just heard on the Team 1200 Puempel has back spasms & Prince has an ankle problem & neither are practising today.

No roster limit in the AHL, actually. The only restriction is on the amount of vets you can dress.

Like I said, I could see Kramer or Robinson sitting or in ECHL so that Puempel plays.

I don't know about Robinson, I'd be surprised if it was him, Kramer maybe but I think they like his toughness around. But if there is no limit on the number of players that can be carried in the AHL they could keep more players aorund & as I said earlier no doubt injuries will happen which will open up spots for a while.

What are the chances of Lazar being in Binghamton for the '14-'15 season?? I know we'll get him after his season in OHL playoffs for a short stint in the spring of '14, but curious if he'll make the jump to Ottawa instead.

Because Lazar has a 1995 birthdate, he wouldn't be eligible for full time AHL duty in either of the next two seasons (2013-14, 2014-15).

Makes me think if he impresses enough that he'll go straight to Ottawa.

At this point, we can likely eliminate Pageau and Hoffman from the team. Pageau because he will likely spend the bulk of the season in Ottawa and Hoffman because he likely would not clear waivers. I am not sure about Da Costa being picked up.

I think that the B-Sens might be a little thin at center this season.

Peumple will never see Elimira except to visit a friend.

Having said that, Assuming DaCosta spends time in Bingo, the team looks pretty solid, with a number of guys that should put up rock solid offensive numbers.

Just thinking.... Assuming Da Costa gets picked up on waivers, the B-Sens will be weak down the middle. Will the Sens try to grab an AHL centerman on waivers and then send him down?

Is that an ugly move?

I highly doubt it. It is better for his developement to play top line minutes in the WHL than to play 5 minutes a game in the NHL. Plus they can slide his contract this way.

If the Oil king get knocked out of the playoffs early, he can join the BSens just like the way Puempel and Ceci did.

We would have to put him on waivers too in order for the guy we grabbed to be sent down. It happens, but not very often.

The B-Sens might have some 'POP' in their line up this upcoming season as the line of Petersson-O’Brien-Prince practiced together on Tuesday..

What will happen with Hoffman, if Puempel & Prince are playing in the top two lines at LW?

Puempel - Zibanejad - Stone
Prince - JOB - Petersson
Hoffman - Grant - Robinson
Schneider - Hamilton - Dzuirzynski
extras: Cowick, Culek, Karlsson, Hobbs, Kramer

Boroweicki - Ceci
Claesson - Rutkowski
Sdao - Wideman/Eckford
extras: Eckford, Blood, New

Lawson - Hammond - I expect that Hammond could end the season as the #1 goalie.
