Interesting move. We could use another bottom 6 winger actually

JVR-Bozak-Kessel
Lupul-Kadri-Clarkson
Raymond-Bolland-Kulemin
D'amigo-McClement-Orr
Mclaren

I like it, but we don't really have room to sign anyone other than Kadri and Franson (if we can even do that) without a trade. He would add a nice speed element that could be great with Kulie and Bolland though.

Could actually be a good fit. Replace the depth scoring and speed lost by losing Mac and Frattin.

Problem is, idk how we could sign him with our current contract issues.

solid addition.

exactly the kind of cheapo depth we needed. brings back some of the speed we lost, too.

tip 'o the hat to Nonis on this one, even if raymond doesn't work out.

REALLY like this move.

We're kind of short on the wing, a spot that is up for grabs. Raymond played some 3rd line for VAN last year.

Good speed element, a guy who has put up some pretty good seasons, but has struggled with injuries.

Low risk, high reward move. If he signs it would likely be on a 1 year deal to rebuild his value. Can't hurt.

Nice. I Imagine his speed element is the main reason why he got the invite.

Raymond-Bolland-Kulemin could be a good 3rd line

This is a very good training camp invite, and this is coming from a nucks fan. He is fast as hell and is good on special teams. Could find a nice spot on the third line

I really like this and hope he gets signed. We need a bottom 6 winger to replace the depth we lost in Frattin+MacArthur. I mean seriously, someone gets injured and we're in trouble.

12-13 (27): 46gms, 10gls, 22pts, 15:49 (82gms, 18gls, 39pts)
11-12 (26): 55gms, 10gls, 20pts, 15:35 (82gms, 14gls, 30pts)
10-11 (25): 70gms, 15gls, 39pts, 15:48 (82gms, 18gls, 46pts)
09-10 (24): 82gms, 25gls, 53pts, 17:20 (82gms, 25gls, 53pts)
08-09 (23): 72gms, 11gls, 23pts, 13:43 (82gms, 13gls, 26pts)
07-08 (22): 49gms, 9gls, 21pts, 12:31 (82gms, 15gls, 35pts)

very nice cheapo depth, and replaces some of the speed we lost this offseason. could end up replacing MacArthur all by himself.

credit to Nonis on this one. very nice pickup.

Not that this was the decision...

But I'd take at 900k (or whatever min. salary he gets) over MacA @ 3.25 every day of the week.

Was my thought as well. Still would have to wait and see how we could fit him under the cap though.

Everyone seems so worried about this... assuming Kadri and Franson are signed we should still have some money to play with. We've got Colborne, Brennan, Holzer and possibly Raymond who will all be making 1mil or less. Will just be a matter of picking and choosing contracts.

would love it if we signed him. Reminds me of when we initially signed macarthur, he provided so much value at the price tag we had him for that first year
