I made an epic toasted sandwich today.

It was a roasted chicken, roast beef, salami, pepperoni, and bacon one on white with waffle fries, banana pepper, black olive, and lettuce for lunch.

So I had my follow up today and I get to start putting weight on my left leg again (only half, but still). So happy right now.

Good to hear. I know about the incident, but what was the specific damage to your leg? If you posted what your injury was before, sorry I missed it.

I fractured my fibula and broke a minor bone near the knee/knee cap.

Got in the virtual waiting room the second it opened for Habs/Hawks tix.

Potential for a great day. Have both laptops going to get tickets, then leaving to go barhop in Athens and go to the UGA/SCAR game. Better get some decent tickets, dammit!

Notre Dame - Michigan tonight, two schools you either love or hate. There is absolutely no in between.

Hate both, always have. Usually root for the dog so someone's hopes are killed off. I guess Michigan may be considered the favorite today at home, but after dealing with ND fans last season, I'd obviously rather they lose now.

Agreed. The best team won. The Illini looked great.

Was just giving you ****, I don't really care. I have a good buddy who's a Georgia fan, would've been funny to see them lose so he'd be pissed again, but otherwise don't care at all, just wanted a good game.

Same here. I have kind of taken them on as "my" college team, but would prefer to see a good game vs a Georgia blowout win or loss either way. Although there is something wrong with thousands of grown mean constantly chanting ***** for hours and hours and hours.

Normally I don't criticize TV shows too badly like a lot of other people do, but this season of Dexter has been so laughably bad that I think the writers are just trolling the viewers.

Anybody else think the Breaking Bad episode last night was a low point? That was just pathetic, the way it ended, really disappointing. At least those guys showed up at the end, but then it just got even more ridiculous. Why???

Well, let's just talk about it.

1. Hank is the villain; he can't win in this, wouldn't feel right at all
2. That shooting scene at the end was way over the top, can't wait to see how that is resolved. But it was ridiculous, must have been 100 rounds fired at close range and just that one guy got shot.
3. Walt is way too smart to get bilked like that in the first place

I have my own ideas of how I would like it to end, but Hank cannot win under any circumstance. Walt can't go to jail. Jesse the last few episodes, I don't even get it. He's so ****ing wacked out and distant. Maybe it will all make sense later, I hope so.

We're talking breaking bad, not dexter. Dexter had a crazy ending though, and there's only 2 episodes left. I liked the start of this season, but not the last few. Went to **** when the eye candy came back.

The shootout was pure dramatic effect. As far as Walt getting bilked, Cranston explained it perfectly in Talking Bad. His experiences and stress over the past two years have changed him in to a much more emotional state. The guy believes he is near death. The plan Hank and Jesse hatched was pretty good.

Walt has acted impulsively in previous episodes. The shooting of Mike is one of them.

1. I like Hank, as do lots of people. He's a good guy. I wish Hank and Walt could both win.
2. I agree.
3. Walt has always shown many emotional impulses where he lacked judgment and acted irrationally. He's clearly extremely greedy, and doesn't think there's any chance Jessie ever rats. When he freaked out during the phone call and fell into the trap, that was completely believable based on the history of the show.

Didn't you see the first episode with the flash forward? Walt doesn't go to jail. Jessie has been through a lot, and where his character is at now is completely plausible and being played out perfectly.

They dumbed down deking and improved fighting. Played for a hour or so at my buddy's house. Will be the first game since 03 I don't buy.
