Same initials....Same last name...He's the second coming. At 16 years old, he already weighs as much as Mikey.

Nope. This is the closest thing Portuguese Canadians have to a Gretzky:

On a side note, Ribeiro scored both of his goal yersterday with a slapshot.

Huh anyone can remember when Ribeiro scored a goal by a slapshot in a habs uniform? I honestly can't.

His first NHL goal was a slapshot to the top corner...it was against the Leafs.

Ribs stats this year:

GP: 17, G: 5, A: 8, Points: 13, Shots: 17, +/-: +5

and Sammy:

GP: 18, G: 4, A: 6, Points: 10, Shots: 27, +/-: +2

My point is? I don't know. Was just on TSN reading a story that mentioned Ribs and decided to check out his stats.

and the stats don't tell all the story , because Ribs doesn't get a lot of ice time there . He is or was a role player since Modano and Lindros are the first centers .

Initials? hahaha seriously.

I'm actually suprised he doesn't look like a tranny like his bro Mike (seriously, the guy thinks he has style, but he just throws waaaay too much crap together and tilts his rap like he's the portugese Jay Z or some ****).

If Ribeiro had 18-20 minutes icetime, he'd be challenging alot of Gretzky's records...It's a fact. The reason he isn't is because the NHL doesn't want a Portuguese player in the record books. Go figure... After Ribeiro got 2 goals against ATL, he received a call from Bettman; who told him to tone down his scoring, or he'd lose his job.... I admire the guy for putting up with this.
