Can't wait to see Collberg, Hudon, Nygren, Dietz, Crisp on the NHL ice for the first time. The Crisp pick is growing on me; he's already a "great athlete" according to Trevor so it's not out of the question for his skating to improve. Too early to get excited, but a strong pre-season game is usually all it takes...

Also sounds like Dave Tallon is ready to make a move.

I'd be very surprised. He may get a contract, but I highly doubt he plays in Hamilton.

Possibility. I'd like to know the story behind that picture.

not that we have any room for him on the roster though
He apparently was, but turned it down as he's looking for a contract. Teams are interested, but need to make room to fit him.

Biggest stand out for me: Murray at 209? I thought he was 245?
Bah with the pics of the Golf Tourney I thought he was 300

Leblanc at 190 pounds now? Hopefully that's correct as he really needed to put on some muscle.

Pretty good news if you ask me! Bournival is now 196 as well!

Edit: Bournival went from 179 to 196 in one off season. 17 pounds this summer only?

OK, so I'm embellishing a tad bit... Almost there, though, missing a few millimeters, that's all

In any case, if Brière is listed as being 5'10", might as well say that I'm 6'9

You could have had front row seats for free to every game!

Would a taller Diaz be a good comparable for Nygren?

Magnen Nyrus. I hope he's good.

What makes it even more funny is that you can see "M. Nygren" in the back round at his stall.

Mccaron's Crisps. Sounds like some type of chips you could get down in the south of the USA.

If Crisp is having a better camp than Ryan White, do you think he can steal the fourth line C?

I can assure that it won't happen. We had the luxury today to see both teams...the A team with every Habs out there practicing without a coach on Ice 2. And the rookies. And I could even tell you that Blunden would have looked much better than most rookies. So when it comes to having to steal a NHL job, White is fine and even Blunden might be....Crisp cannot survive with such poor agility and first steps. I mean, most of the guys you feel that are slow in the NHL, most of them have better agility and first steps than Connor. Easily.

I would love Nygren to crack the line-up. I just don't know who he could possibly bump.

Lineup is done already. What the rookies are fighting for, is the order of their possible callups at the start of the year....

I figure as much. I just believe he'll be a mainstay in the line-up for years to come.
