We all know who's dicks they have been sucking all year - Sonny Bill Williams and Russell Crowe's that's what!!!!!!!

More importantly, Go Wallabies

Stupid refereeing spoiled that Cows/Sharks game and stupid refereeing spoiled that All Blacks/Springboks game.

The Cows/Sharks game was a great game if you ignore the screw up, but obviously that is hard to do.

Meanwhile the Manly/Roosters game what a war that one was.

Storm got robbed as well. Clear try was disallowed and Bunnies marched down the field and scored one of their own. Rubbish refereeing this weekend.

Manly/Chooks game was very good but I found Knights dismantling Dogs much more entertaining.

The most anticipated game of the year was ruined by a French idiot. Roman Poite gave 2 ridiculous yellow cards to Bismarck du Plessis and the game was over right then and there.

In 3 weeks, the Boks play the All Blacks in Jo'burg, at altitude and things will be open for the championship.

The second yellow card he got was fair enough.

Thank you so much Manly even though I was raised never to like that team and anything about them (I even get in trouble for cheering on the NZ Warriors against them haha) but thank you Manly for beating Scumulla last night..........

To be fair it was Manly that screwed you guys over the year before lol.

and there's was probably worse because Cronulla didn't intentionally do anything wrong while Foran clearly touched that ball against the Cowboys and then blatantly lied about it in the post match interview until coming clean a couple of months later.

Straight sets exit for Storm. First win for Knights in Melbourne in something like 10 years.

Go Knights

On a serious note, Melbourne has just been lacklustre last 3-4 weeks. Had a big win against Knights in Newcastle (Round 23 I think) and they kinda got complacent since then.

They did rout Parramatta but then again who hasn't.

Would love to see otherwise, but it does look like we are heading towards a Souths/Roosters GF. It's hard to see Newcastle going past the Roosters, and Manly have taken a battering the last few weeks. Only way I can see Manly getting through is if they get in the lead early and defend like there life depends on it, and if Shayne Hayne isn't reffing (THERE NEEDS TO BE AN INVESTIGATION!)

Heard The Warriors had to pay around 1.5m to bring Tomkins over from the ESL. Will be interesting to see how he goes, a lot of hype surrounding him from people I know who watch the ESL.

From Eurosport:

Irish, Welsh and Scottish teams have confirmed they will not compete in any non-IRB sanctioned tournaments.

Decent showing by an understrength Canada against the Maori (albeit one of the weaker Maori sides I recall seeing, at least on paper, even before Weepu had to withdraw).

The counter-attacking, breaking the line and general open play is something I haven't seen from Canada against a higher quality team in a while. A few bonehead plays (Braid literally handing a try to them to make sure the score was completely out of reach) but for hte most part they hung in a lot better than I would have expected the team too without so many usual starters but its a testament to the improvement in Canada's depth since even 2011.

I am rather excited about the development of our younger fly-halves though. Gone are the days when somebody like Ander Monro can be considered an international fly-half. Underwood, Jones and Hirayama all have skill and potential that could actually bring Canada back to the Gareth Rees days of having a quality number 10.

Canada is playing decent rugby now, could be an exciting 2015.
