I am in Vancouver and saw the Canucks play Chicago last evening. Bulis was basically useless. I also watched Seabrook as he was rumoured to be included in trade talks but he didnt stand out. Naslund and Luongo were head and shoulders above the rest. Ruutu for Chicago is blessed with great skill.
Well, Bulis is performing worse than even I had expected. I think he's been worse in Vancouver this year than he was last season.
EDIT: And it's a testament to Nonis' mismanagement that: (a) Bulis was signed to begin with; (b) Vancouver has so little depth that he continues playing.

he really scuffed up the logo on Khabibulin's jersey with a few wristers!
The reason Bulis looks so bad is because he refuses to play for the team, only for himself. If he would just shut up and accept a third-line role, he would be valuable.
he really does suck here in vancouver and thank god he is gone after this season. I was also watching TSN and the analysts were saying Nonis is shopping him and there is quite a few interested teams. So it will be interesting to see how this situation will play out.

Umm.. more like he will be outta here by the deadline if he is still not performing, at least get something for him rather than nothing.
I've always been a supporter of Bulis while in Montreal. He's got more to give than he's currently giving that's for sure. But I don't think he's helping himslef with some of his quotes. He's sorta taking only a little of the blame a diverting the rest on the team. Not gonna help his situation in the locker room ... and it might translate on the ice.
I think he's a useful player, on the right team. I think he'd do well in Detroit, Minnesota.. some of the quicker clubs.
Why all the hate for ex-habs? He did a decent job in Montreal, nothing to be ashamed of.
I thought he did alright in Montreal. I do, however, think he needs to learn what to say to the media.
As for the ex-hab hate...don't really know where that type of attitude comes from. There were players on this team that I didn't like that have moved on, but once they leave then I move on.
