I really hope he signs, there is no question that he'll be on the Swiss roster for Sotchi, he was part of the team after a very, very weak last season (with lots of injuries and problems with his team).
And from what I read here he looked quite good, it's his chance, he should try it.

Apparently Forsberg got himself a foot injury (heard that one before?).

I'm excited to see Cullen, Stalberg, and Moser tonight.

Jones not in the lineup though. Guess we are giving Piskula another look.

How have Jones and Forsberg looked so far? Both should make the team in your opinions?

Forsberg has been the best forward in camp; Jones started a little slow but has looked very good in the last couple of scrimmages.

Barring something drastically unforeseen, both will be on the opening night roster. Forsberg in the top six, and Jones likely on the second pair.

i do not agree with Jarvinen being sent down and giving Piskula another look. Jarvinen is much better IMO.

Can they release him altogether? Is he on a 2 way contract? Haven't heard any of the coaches or front office mention him. I doubt he sticks in Nashville.

Jarvinen is on a 2-way and Trotz talked about him. It's on the boards around here somewhere. He'll definitely play this year but I think he needs to be on the roster over Piskula for sure.

Also, Moser is still on the squad. I have a feeling he's gonna get a contract and stick.

I believe that was only for while Music City Center was being built. Seems like it would be gone now.

So did this happen? Because the sign is still up at the top but it said it was supposed to happen 2 hours ago and the site could be down for 8 hours.

Stalberg will not return to the game with an "upper body injury"
