I agree completely on Eakin, if he stays healthy he seems to have won that 2nd line spot and with Whitney on the wing 50 points should be well within reach.
I'm more conservative about Chiasson and Nichuskin, 50 points is just about a lock for the Calder and the idea of a Star winning an NHL award is something I just can't comprehend.
Eakin is interesting. If he remains @ 2nd line center then 50 points is what you hope you get because that's decent 2nd line center production & if Whitney is healthy should be doable.
Maybe I should have said 20 goals because you're right 50 points from a rookie is a Caulder lock and I'm notb sure that's honestly realistic. As a whole though I expect good things from all three. Caulder talk is a lofty goal but stranger things have happened.
