Seems like I am not the only one here that advocates Babcock being our next coach. Still, a lot of Wings fans complain about Babcock and his lack of adjustments as well. With people here getting Lavi for that, how long until people get on Babcock for that too?

Is this the time when we will see Leafs fans lurking around other teams' boards, saying John Michael Liles is one eye blind flamengo who never blocks shots?

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?! I thought he was the biggest lock out of anyone this draft year to make the team.

I think that was pretty much always whoever Colorado drafted, honestly.

TBL has a bit of a log-jam at forward, with a few well-developed prospects in line (Connolly). It is a tough situation for Drouin, who really doesn't need another year in the CHL.

Barkov was more of a lock given the Panthers lack of depth and the fact he had been playing with men. I'm sure that helped Ristolainen as well.

It's a shame JD can't play in the AHL. Same with Laughton... dumb rules.

I'm so envious. By all accounts Zadorov has actually been the better of the two in the preseason and they expect him on the team next season. They essentially got two NHL ready d-men out of this draft.

I like Morin and Hagg but getting Risto and Zad would of been great.

Well, though it doesn't apply to every organization, I want our better prospects to stay the **** away from Adirondack as much as possible. Glens Falls has been nothing short of a completely disastrous cluster**** since the day the Spectrum shut its doors.

It's hard to be anything but bad when you have had the talent the coaches had down there in recent years.

Well they should be moving (next year maybe?) and there has been quite an influx of quality talent the past year or so. I fully expect the team to be much better in the coming years.

Is that likely to improve when they move to Allentown?

Remember Lehtivuori? He basically had a breakdown from being so bored, unenthused, and useless. Then he jumped ship for Europe.

People don't remember I guess, but a couple years back there was basically a rebellion in the locker room as well leading to the dismissal of a number of players.

Coaches have come in and out at regular pace. The only one that seemed to get them backed to winning was immediately shipped back out too.

The Adirondack Phantoms are just a huge mess.

Hopefully Terry Murray, some more talent, and a move to Allentown will fix things.

So.... apparently Pittsburgh is interested in Bryzgalov.

Please let this happen.

Read somewhere in the thread that Vokoun's agent said he'd be back shortly with the team.

Bryz and Fleury tandem would be pretty funny.

I'm so excited about them moving to Allentown, I live literally 10 minutes from the city, so hopefully I'll be able to go pretty often. I've never been to a minor league hockey game so I don't know how easy it'll be to get tickets. I assume there'll be more people at the game when they're here than in Adirondack too.

Could you imagine Bryz starting as a Penguin against the Flyers and getting lit up? I think I'd be the happiest person on the planet.

A Bryz/Fleury tandem would have almost as much comedic potential as Mason/Emery.

Almost as hilarious as the Philadelphia Eagles defense.

I guess I'm in the minority, but I like Bryz and want to see him do well on an NHL team. So I hope he doesn't sign with a divisional opponent, especially the Pens.

I looked for the source of the information and found this...

Szymon Szemberg ‏@Sz1909_Szemberg 25 Sep
Swiss league EV Zug terminates contract w/ G Brian Boucher after only 5GP and 16GA. Finn Eero Kilpeläinen replaces #NHLFlyers

From this guy
https://twitter.com/Sz1909_Szemberg

Seems legitimate.

It would be worst, imo. At least the Flyers are only paying a couple million for their tandem of suck.
