He's probably got Russell Wallace and Peter Quinn posters everywhere.

Season 2 really wasn't as bad as people think it was. IMO, the beginning of S2 until Episode 6ish was better than Season 1, but as a whole, S1 >> S2.

I'm so excited for this Sunday! (and yes, I'm aware it was "leaked")

People think it's bad? I think it's very good - just not on S1's level.

Season 2 was good.

Not sure why anyone would think otherwise.

Because it was more fun when Brody was a terrorist.

tom walker could have just killed politicians that actually mattered(including the vice president) and they all still would have been taken to the bunker, but he didn't because that obviously gets rid of a main antagonist in Estes and the Vice President

Also, every now and then, they do the "you must do it brother.....for the cause" that 24 started doing when it jumped the shark , which makes me laugh a little bit.
That's not really a plot hole. They could have easily done that, they just went in a different direction.

Agree, especially since Brody wanted to get the VP all along (as we see in the next season). Its not to much of a stretch that he wanted to be the one that killed him when the plan was initially drawn up.

To be totally honest, the developing storylines for this season:
Spoil:
-Brodys family being in turmoil
-Carrie stepping in a massive pile of **** by helping brody

Have no appeal to me whatsoever, and are pretty tiresome since it's been 2 seasons of that sort of bs

HOWEVER there is one thing that I absolutely have to watch it for
Spoil:
Peter Quinn will be on an absolute-****ing warpath because of the fact that he let Brody go, which directly caused the death of 300 CIA agents, wow this guy is going to be killing everyone that stands in his way

I wont be watching the new episodes on tv for now so I don't think I'll come back into this thread again.

hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa this guy killed it. he nailed all the dumb little plot holes which dont ruin it but my favorite was "whats better television than watching 3 people whos whole lives have been ruined an hour a day."

Not really. Who cares that the 3rd season is going to be "sad"?

He points out something crucial though: Brody should have either carried out his plan or died trying. The only way the show could legitimately have a second season was without him, and that's the root of its total ****tiness now.

No, the relationship between Carrie and Brody is just idiotic, "that b----- is crazy" is basically the only explanation,

and yeah the "sad" thing is kind of pointless, they did two whole seasons of the family turmoil, doing it over and over again gets booooooooring.

I'll watch it, just to see my guy Quinn go on the warpath I know he's about to, but that's all. THey got me with Quinn. Guys a monster

Watched the premiere tonight, thought it was fantastic although, a bit heavy. Mental illness brings a dynamic to the show you don't get anywhere else. It's nice to see it dealt with in this way.

Honestly, I don't care a whole hell of a lot about Brody's family, so that bit can get tiring. However, I think pretty much everything else is fantastic and enough to overshadow the family stuff. I also really like F. Murray Abraham in this. I'm glad it seems he'll have a bigger presence this season.

No. No he didn't. Loved season two as well even though it wasn't as good as season 1.

Really hope they off Dana somehow....

No he's right, the relationships are phony and some of the plot lines are off the wall

I don't agree that it's awful but it's definitely not great or even one of the best shows on tv, innovative, but not great

Now when my guy Quinn gets his own show? Wow, that's going to set the tone on television for now and all time.

The lack of Brody made me love this episode. His story shoulda been finished after season 1.

As it was initially written up and i agree. Really enjoyed the first season, however after getting through the second season the show has sadly been dropped from the must watch category for myself...the continuous up and down relationship really killed it for me.
