Is it less risky than having Bryzgalov or Fleury as your starter?

They're over 1 million over the cap now. They'd have to cut 3 million just to figure out how to fit him on the roster...

Garon could be an option.

At least Bryz has the common courtesy to let you know he is a lost cause during the regular season, instead of waiting for the playoffs.

I would take him at >750K on a one year deal, rather have him over Zatkoff if Vokoun is out long term.

Those intersquad games are going to be mighty high scoring.

I never want to see a series like 2012 Pittsburgh-Philadelphia ever again...

... you know you do.

Pittsburgh just had to make the 2-point conversion and get possession of the onside kick in game 6.

And yet someway, somehow; Tanner Glass would not record a single goal in that series.

GOAL!?! Pfff I think you mean a single point, unless you are counting the ones he knocks into our own net.

Although he would be leading in one category with like a -37 for the series.

Working on confirming or debunking, but, word in Philly is Bryzgalov is about to sign an East Coast Hockey League contract in Las Vegas.
If this is true....wow.

Just a plane trip away Penguins...a plane trip away!
Dreger is usually pretty reliable.
Smart move by Bryzgalov.
And thanks to the Flyers management he now has 23 million dollars in his pocket and plenty of places to spend it in

Darn, was hoping they'd take a serious look at making a trade for fleury.

Fleury+10 million--> ten dollars at the Bellagio

Las vegas gets fleeced
