Typical opening night game for us...

We lose.
Pacioretty gets injured, playing hurt.
Parros injured.

Welp, Saturday here we come...

Yeah how the hell did Prust get a fighting penalty without even throwing a single punch.

I'm not a sore loser but the Habs should ask for an explanation there.

And we were shorthanded out of that. What the ****...

Can't believe the non-calls in the last couple of minutes. That's crazy, they get away with everything and we get call on every single thing.

The first two lines need to wake the hell up. You can't expect more than what the bottom 6 did tonight. FFS.

I'll give him a pass. His father passed not that long ago.

But DD, Diaz, Bouillon, Gionta. So sick of these small weak guys.

People complain about DD being here at the end...who else would you play? The Eller line was on the ice just before.

the leafs are such a dirty ****ing team. they just play an entire game with cheap shots and stick work. i ****ing hate Carlyle. he single-handedly brought goon hockey to pacific conference and he's responsible for this.

Gotta give credit to the guys for not giving up after the Parros incident.

Sucks that we lost but damn proud of the team and especially Eller.

THIS is why Therrien is a bad coach. DD on this team is downright ridiculous. Then we added a small guy in Briere. Top 9 is soft and it always shows at the end of games when we need a goal and they can't get any traffic in front of the net.

All in all...

1.Gallagher Eller Galchenyuk should be line number UNO, since they are the only line who ever does anything

2. Subban also played well

3. Price had a great game.

4. Refs blow. If this is the new NHL, then I am sorely disappointed.

5. Therrien needs to re-think his coaching strategies. Puts easily the worst line in the game on the ice for the last shift? For **** sakes Therrien, which lines scored all of the goals tonight? Get your head out of your ass.

Wish a quick recovery to Parros.

Couldn't care less for the rest. Habs were a one line team, same old.

Note : In the "what a joke" category, Reimer with the 1st star.

Could the officiating be any more in the Leafs favor especially in the 3rd with the Prust roughing call and the trip on Subban. The D was just horrible and why the **** was DD and Boullion on the ice during the last two mins? The PP needs work badly...when we actually get PP time that is.

Bouillon played a pretty good game. A calming presence in the back end. But Desharnais, Markov and Diaz are too weak and slow.

Pretty sure Therrien will adapt, DD needs to be demoted... Pas le temps de niaiser...

Price made some big save but ultimately Reimer was better than him.
