I want to see what Bournival can do in a greater role. He could bring more to the table than DD as of right now.

Yup. We need Subban playing 28 minutes a night and on the p.k. He's our best defenceman by far.

Nice win.

I'm one on the few who wants to give Desharnais and Brière a chance this year, but I've got to admit they've been our two worst forwards in the first 2 games. They'll have to step it up or I'll be joining the bandwagon.

Also solid, imo. Price was pretty good though.

He was dominating in his style. Always well positioned. Hey he even stopped some deflected pucks... Stick on the ice, not a lot of movement in his net. Was really solid and intimidating tonight.

Like many of us have said, extending DD was so stupid, it defies logic. But why get mad....it is what it is.

I'm also Glad that EGG lines played more tonight. MT definitely impressed me. Now we need to deal with DD situation.

Desharnais isn't completely terrible, but the teamhas 7-8 better forwards. He's also pretty ineffective without Patches being Patches.

This just in : all religious wars come to and end in light of Lars Eller being the only true God, and Galchenyuk, his son.

That is it.

Barely any DD, Subban's TOI up to 28 minutes, Gallagher getting real minutes and Bouillon not even 17 mins? Maybe our coach isn't as clueless as some people claimed...

Props to him for adjusting big time. He needs to keep it that way though.

Not sure which game you were watching tbh. Lars was the best player on the ice for both teams rather easily.

He had a shift on with if not mistaken Bourque and Gionta while Pleks rested.

Anyone see DD on the 4th line? That right there told me Therrien is punishing him.
