I think some of you misunderstood my post, I was just expecting him to get more minutes from Therrien... Happy Eller played as much as he did, what a beast.

Props to him for adjusting big time. He needs to keep it that way though.
Wouldn't have happened without Patches' getting injured. We can indirectly blame it all on Colton Orr.

You guys, stop hating on DD, he obviously didn't have our best winger playing with him tonight, give the guy some slack

Chucky was the calm force of this line. He worked the offensive zone with intellgence. He's impressive. And he wears number 27 perfectly. For Frank Mahovlich. Not always flashy, but verrrry efficient.

I'll have Habs and Eggs for breakfast tomorrow.

We beat the Flyers fair and square without one of our best forwards. The kids got more PP time than DD and Briere. PK got his share of TOI. Good news, because coaching was worrying in the first game! Kudos to Therrien.

Bouillon wipes out, then goes up too high/ doesn't move with the puck and gets beat so Lecavalier can score.

Maybe that goal will comfort him so he doesn't cry to the media about losing.

Briere needs to be smarter.

I liked what Bournival did tonight in limited time. He was solid in the 3rd. He has a good two way game. He's a much better player than Dumont who I've never been overly impressed with.

price looked like 1st year price. I was impressed.

subban is getting better, and needs something to go his way and the points will come.

pretty damn nice performance all around--dd and briere need to pick it up.

Yup, it's only the second game and already Therrien is making adjustments, that's pretty fast response for a coach many were throwing under the bus.

Nice win. Lots of good efforts and mostly have been deservedly named. I will mention Ryan White. Okay he ended up flat on his back in the tussle with Simmonds, but he took one of their best players off the ice with almost 6 minutes left and he won 6 of 7 draws, pretty good play and pretty good use of the head.

well, Jacques Martin would've put Eller on the 4th line with Moen and DD with both kids next game... it's pretty sad actually

They both got off setting minors, too.

I was hoping Prust would fill in Rinaldo again.

Huge block by Bournival I must add.

He is a good one, a kid that will be able to do it all, just needs some time, he impresses me very much.

That's an interesting point. I wonder if things will stay the same way when Pacioretty's back if Desharnais still suck (which will probably be the case).

I'm now convinced; I just got rid of Jordan Staal for Eller on my pool.

what are you guys going to complain about now? Eller had the 2nd most ice time(after Bourque) among Habs forwards.

What a pass by Galchenyuk on Gallagher's goal.
