God these players are so frustrating to watch
why keep playing set-pieces if none are connecting ? play the short pass

Damn.

That was a frustrating yet very entertaining second half.

For anyone that actually stopped watching, the game completely changed when Wenger and Nyassi came on.

If the attitude had shifted earlier we really might have won this game.

I can't imagine us ever playing like that first half again.

The game completely changed once marco came off.

Playing a game centered on Di Vaio relies on a very good mid field providing him service. We started the game by playing our usual game, except with Warner or Arnoud replacing Bernier. This failed completely.

But once he came off, the team changed tactics and was able to penetrate much better.

next week, we can expect at least Bernier, if not also Bernardello. This is incomparably better. Both Di Vaio and Felipe can expect quality ball movement into the final third.

While this game mostly sucked, I see no reason why we should project it into the upcoming weeks.

My short vid for MDV's competition. I hate how the song cuts in the end, but it wouldn't let me fade it out on Sony Vegas. Grrr

Cool video Laurent thanks.

So on defense next it's going to be Ouimette, Nesta, Lefevre, Tissot? And what if nesta is still not ready to play? I'm not expecting any point anyway at LA next game.

Columbus lost against SKC which practically make it impossible for them to make the playoffs. OTOH NE tied with NYRB and Philly won.

It was last updated before this weekend, and only has Camara and Arnaud with 4.

I would guess that Brovsky and Ferarri had 4 for a while, and had one rescinded for good behavior.

Quote:
If a player receives a caution during the Regular Season that brings him within one caution of any of the suspension thresholds (e.g., 4 cautions, 7 cautions), he will be placed on “Warning.” If a player is placed on “Warning” and appears in three (3) consecutive games without receiving a caution, being sent off or sanctioned by the MLS Disciplinary Committee for an infraction that occurs during one of the three (3) consecutive games, that player’s personal caution total will be reduced by one (1) caution. A player may only benefit from the Good Behavior Incentive one time per season.
If this is the case, they should both have 4 once the page gets updated next week.

beIN sport Canada available online until December 31st for free. Looks like they're trying to assess the market since they're asking which TV provider we use

Promo Code is beINCanadaFB

I think Schalli would probably use Tissot instead and switch Brovsky to the right.

Thanks Laurent for the link will check it out, hopefully they put the Milan vs Juve game this afternoon.

Edit: should we register to watch? I cant find where to put the promo code.

Yeah you have to register. The Milan vs Juve game is there at 245. Make sure to put a valid e-mail for the registration since it'll send you a link to set your password. Just click register, a screen should pop up, then the 4th field to fill in should be the promo code

Thanks Laurent. I loved it. Do you know after the free preview if it's going to be still available for a yearly subscription fee? Would definitely pay to get it.

That's what this whole exercise is about. They are testing the market for as cheap as possible.

They were suppose to set up a TV channel, but for whatever reason they've not done so.

They've already got this site up and running, so I have to imagine they'll have some plan to continue it.

But in any case, expect some emails asking you what you think, as well as how much you'd pay to keep watching.

The way it was described, seemed to me like a light practice overall. Nothing to worry about yet. But great news overall.

We might play our ideal starting 11 this weekend. It'll be a litmus test for things to come.

If we comfortably deal with the revs. we are a playoff team.

If we still struggle, we don't belong there at all.

Camara will not play so we cant have an ideal starting 11. The left side still remains a concern, Romero just plain sucks and Schalli for some reason doesnt like Smith, he's even been playing Tissot as a LM before Smith.

I would also think about whether we should play 4-4-3 or 4-2-3-1 because Felipe has been very average lately.

If Tissot starts, it will be pointless to put a LW, he is a Wing-back. It will be best if we play with 2 strikers. And Romero is better AM than LW
4-2-1-1-2 we never tried that, no wingers just wing-backs
