I just read up on it, apparently the team started playing wiffle ball on the ice after practice one day. I have no clue what genius thought that up.

Anyone dumb enough to do that deserves to get hurt. They're running real a tight ship over there...

When I look at Carolina's roster and watch them play I'm often left wondering why they aren't better.

They did it prior to the Pirates first playoff game. They all were wearing Pirates shirts to show solidarity.

I would still be royally pissed if that was one of our players. Isn't there coaches or someone in management around to say "hey, maybe playing wiffle ball on an ice surface doesn't really sound too safe?"?

If they want to show solidarity go to a pirates game or something, don't risk an injury because of something like that.

Maybe they'll play tackle football on the ice to show solidarity with the Steelers. That'll go real well.

Thomas Hertl just scored a hat trick for the Sharks. He's 19.

And the Sharks are beating the Rangers 7-2 which makes it even better.

How bout that Tomas Hertl. 4 goals tonight, 6 goals this season. That last goal he just scored was downright filthy. Can't believe he pulled that off in a game

I sure hoped they did. But I think they probably liked Tom Wilson more

Well the Flyers are playing like **** but at least we're getting some help in the division by our rivals losing too.

I just remember hearing his name. I think people were worried the Flyers were gonna end up taking him over a Dman because they were supposedly high on him (even tho they still took Laughton).

Tom Wilson plays for the Caps? I'd like him too

I think in about 5 years we will see all 4 of those players doing well and wishing atleast one would have dropped to us.

Wow, I hoped for Hertl to have a good start, but I didn't see that coming. Hope it wasn't just a sighting of Dopita
