Eastbound and Down

New season is out, episode two was tonight and it was one of the funniest of the series. Get on it boys, Kenny Powers is back.

I thought season 3 was the final one? Obviously I was unaware of a 4th season. Good news!

Season 4 has been great so far.

This series is at its best when its a serious character study of a damaged fame-craving weirdo. It ends up being funnier, too.

Thought the second episode was miles ahead of the first.

Is this the final season?

I'm pretty sure it's always the final season until it ends up not being the final season.

Doesn't matter, the show's still got it. Kenny Powers is too good a character

lol its 2 episodes in how can you say that. Stevie Janowski is one of my favourite characters ever to grace TV, though... Dantell got shut the **** up that was a thing of beauty.

i also thought this show was over after the last season ended. so far the 1st 2 episodes have been great, much better than expected.

Agreed. Other than the Ashley Schaeffer episode, I thought S3 was pretty meh imo. The lines and laughs just seemed too forced, and the hilarity magic of both Kenny and Stevie on screen together wasn't as great as it was in the first 2 seasons. So far though it's be great, and it's such a shame that this show will end after this season--which is only a remaining 6 episodes left.

I hope that we at least see both Will Ferrell and Deep Roy reprise their respective roles sometime this season and have the show go out with the bang that it deserves.

*raises hand*

Toby is gonna squeal on his daddy for sure.

Stevie Janowski is still one of the best characters on TV.

The entire bit with the wolf was perfect. Classic Kenny Powders.

I stopped watching when he went to Mexico I think it was? Don Johnson was his Dad, I think 2nd season? It kind of got hard to watch after that, I am regretting keeping up with The League with how this season is going and how last one went.

Always Sunny is half decent these days as well, it's tough to keep a Comedy show potent. I might regret giving up on Workaholics though.

3rd episode was good, not as funny as the 1st 2 IMO. stevie never fails to deliver the laughs, the comments he made to April right when they walked out of the tv studio right before he punches the window, oh man, I was dying.
