By reckoning he was arguably one of Swedens best players in the final.

I would imagine there is a decent possibility he will have an 'A' on his shirt as well, with an outside shot at the 'C'... him and de la Rose are the only returners who have ever captained a team.

Forsberg, and Lindholm are not going to be back, so I imagine de la Rose is going to be captain, and most likely Hagg and Collberg with the A's... as they were in the u-18s, and Sweden like naming the same guys captains through age groups, though Wennberg could take one instead.
And Stolarz is a virtual lock for at least the 3rd goalie spot unless something drastically changes, which could happen. But hopefully he trends up and gets a shot at the backup spot and some playing time.

Stolarz stopped 21 in a 4-1 win. He's now 6-0 on the year.

I know some were asking before & I found out why but Laughton's suspension from the playoffs did carry over into this season. Since he was still on the roster his games counted while he was still in camp with the Flyers.

Looks like Oshawa is about to win 2-1 with Laughton scoring the game winner.

1 goal
+1
6 PIM. 2 penalties for roughing and 1 for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Laughton scored a SH GWG for Oshawa in a 2-1 win. He has 4 goals & 6 assists in 4 games now. Also a 4 game point streak.

Edit: Beaten to it.

I was flipping back and forth bn London game and Oshawa game. Laughton looks good. Stolarz didn't get much work when I was watching, but he's handling the puck better.

He can't until his OHL season is up. Oshawa is pretty good now since his return so the Flyers might not even be playing by then if they don't make the playoffs.

He'll likely finish the year with the Phantoms again but who knows.

I've read people say that London might trade for him. That would be convenient for Flyer fans.

Perhaps that is why they kept him around for a bit after the end of the preseason. Get more practice in with the big club while his suspension finished in the OHL.

I remember reading his interview about a month ago, where he mentioned that he would like to stay in KHL for 3 more years and then go to NA.

Does the NHL have a transfer agreement with the KHL now, and if they do does that mean by that time the Flyers won't still hold his rights?

No, there's no time frame of when you can lose a Russian players rights. The Flyers still own Denis Bodrov's rights for example.

Cousins' skating looked pretty good on that McGinn goal.

There was more excitement in those highlights than in the Flyers season so far.

With Hartnell, Vinny out and considering Rosehill and Newbury shouldn't be in the every day line-up I say call all three of them up.
