Has any team broken 60 shots in a regulation game?

Vatanen and Lindholm look good for the Ducks. Vatanen alone is being left wide open by the Sens for shot after shot from the point.

I remember one of their fans being very adamant that Larsson would be quickly better than Marc Staal.

Have they won a game yet? They're going to hate not having a number one pick.

LOL in 17 games total the Devils, Rangers, and Flyers have a combined 2 wins.

I'm sorry but sometimes you just have to laugh about these things..... Who would have predicted such a debacle among these 3 teams? Right now it's looking like it's going to be a race to see which team can avoid finising near the very bottom of the conference....

Nope. It was a great move to keep the 29th overall pick.

Even without hindsight though, it was a bad move to keep that pick.

It's early, but wow, those teams have looked terrible for the most part.

I thought the Devils would be around here, the Flyers slightly better, and us a lot better. The Caps I thought would suck. Same story with the Devils "they played great, but ____, ____, and ____".

Sharks and Ducks are notorious fast starters. They might be ripping teams apart right now but they will definitely cool down. Although I think SJ has a great chance at the cup this year, if they could add one more solid shut-down D.

Many of these teams that are off to great starts have had primarily home games to this point.

Sharks look good now but let's see how these kids like Hertl and Nieto(who a few of us REALLY wanted the Rangers to draft) fair when it gets to February or March. They're rookies.

Remember in 1988-89 when the Rangers came out flying with Leetch and Granato amongst others?

Hahah, I'm willing to bet most here do not remember back that far... I started watching in 87-88, and I feel ANCIENT on this board sometimes.

Devils are winless in 6 and still have more points in the standings than the Rangers.

Of the three mentioned I did think Jersey would pretty much stink. They did lose their all-star sniper.

You say it like "it would be so ironic" when in reality it's extremely likely to happen...
