Chris Pronger, much like Al MacInnis last year, he is the rock holding the St. Louis toghether on the blueline, and Pronger doesn't even get Barret Jackman to step up with him, he gets Christian Backman (who is no Jackman)

If you are talking about pure talent, Chris Pronger would be FAR behind guys like Brian Leetch, Nick Lidstrom, and Rob Blake. It's only because of his physical play that keep him in Norris calibre year after year. This was nowhere more apparent than at Salt Lake City Olympics...he was clearly overwhelmed by the speed of the tournament when the talent level of the opposing players went up a notch.

Lidstrom... a guy who gets it done at the same rate as Pronger, sans the multiple games missed due to injury every season.
