Columbus Blue Jackets vs Montreal Canadiens - Bell Center 7:30 pm - CBC RDS ‎TSN HABS

versus these guys

The Blue Jackets name was selected because the name pays homage to Ohio’s contributions to American history and the great pride and patriotism exhibited by its citizens, especially during the Civil War as both the state of Ohio and the city of Columbus were significantly influential on the Union Army. Ohio contributed more of its population to the Union Army than any other state, while many of the Blue Coats worn by the Union soldiers were manufactured in Columbus.

8:30 PM? So late...

I'm still not used to hockey in the Atlantic time zone.

Briere back with Desharnais? Yikes! That line up without Pacioretty makes baby Jesus cry!

Good job on the GDT! We are lucky to have some seriously talented people on this board.

Nice GDT

But lol at Columbus logo on the chalkboard

I would rather have Tinordi in the lineup, thought he was better than Beaulieu last game. I hope MT will give Bournival a try in the top-9.

As your regulars have said, great GDT! I'm a more "mature" fan of the Jackets, so I grew up admiring the play of the great Habs teams of the '50s and '60s and it will be a real thrill, now that we're in the Eastern Conference, to watch my home team compete on Montreal ice regularly. Here's to the beginning of a great rivalry, filled with clean, hard, exciting hockey!

I'll try my luck with the essential players

Subban - Markov - Gionta - Diaz
Bouillon - Pacioretty - Gallagher - Galchenyuk
Price - Parros - Briere - Eller
White - Moen - Prust - Desharnais

Tricky game here. First game back after a long road trip is notoriously tough.

I think we'll see OT tonight.

Too bad Horton is injured. Was curious to see if anything would come out between Subban and him in another jersey. Those two didn't seem to get along at all.

The gdt have been impressive this year.

on another note, make it 4 in a row!!

I'm excited to watch price play, he has been dominant! finally looking like that top 5 nhl goalie...glad they switched goalie coaches!

too many exclamation marks!!!

Great GDT, glad it's at 4:30 my time since I work until 4.

Hope I get home from work in time...

(I probably will, because a "4:30 start" usually means the puck gets dropped at 4:40)

He won't be so tough suddenly without Thornton, Lucic and Chara to back him up. Book it.
