Penguin fan inquiring about Spiller

I just wanted to know how good Spiller looks right now. Penguin faithful here are hearing whiffs of trades involving Tarnstrom or Morozov. Spiller looks nasty and someone who could compliment Orpik on the blueline? Your help would be obliged.

Phoenix has fairly good depth at forward and likely wouldn't be interested too much in Tarnstrom. Spiller's exceeded expectations thus far and will likely remain a key component of our blueline after the lockout. Tremendous size and potential.

I appreciate your info about Spiller, but Tarnstrom is a power play specialist on the blue line. No biggie, I am living in a dream world, I actually think the Penguins will still be in Pittsburgh after the new CBA.

i've been through my team moving and it's not something I recommend. Ed Olczyk is good for a great speech though. His words are still remembered here in Winnipeg.

Tarnstrom may be a PP specialist but we already have Tanabe who is our PP quarterback. There are other teams that would have more interest in Tarnstrom than the passing interest that Phoenix may have.
