Philly's a better defensive team then Calgary.

The Leafs scored 4 on the Flames and 1 in two games vs. Philly.

well, we have nolan, mogilny, reichel, kaberle and klee out, and the Primeau line out against the Sundin line

Not much of a mystery

i wouldnt say that if you count stats his .918% would look real good, he's only played 20 games.
if TO managed to at least get some scoring chances on him he woulda been flipped

Brutal, absolutely brutal yet again. We actually had a pretty good first period, outplaying and outshooting the flyers. Then Jackman had to go and give them a happy new years gift by putting the puck in the net for them. The flyers should've been high fiving him and thanking him for that The second period sucked big time since the flyers got 3 goals to make it 4-0 going into the third. I turned the game off once Philly got the 4th one. Almost the same final score as last night except this time we didn't score any goals at all. Why didn't Pat start Kidd tonight and give Belfour a rest? Although don't get me wrong,I didn't fault Eddie on that first goal(Jackman's fault). Well this team seemed to have our number this season. Thank God that's the last time we have to play them til next season(or til the playoffs but I sure hope we don't meet them again). Let's hope that the leafs can regroup and win on Tuesday. Bye for now.

When you think of the top 4 teams in the East, you think of NJ, Philly, Ottawa and Toronto. Well, Toronto has been terrible against the rest of those teams. I know we've had a lot of injuries, but the way they've played, I don't know how much of a difference Nolan, Kaberle, Mogilny, Reichel and Klee are going to make. I know they're a huge part of the team, but they've just looked dead out there.

Gee Roenick's having a lot of great luck isn't he? First he's suspended for a game and then he breaks his own players' arm! LOL

its all psychological

Toronto had 34 shots on net; Esche played very well. Now if Hackett was playing, on the other hand....

Don't forget scoring on that rock Belfour. What would you give for that kind of luck?

Gonchar is an elite d-man, a top 5 in the league, he may not crush guys with an open ice hit, but he'll help 500% more than Eric freaking Cairns

Kaberle is still more valuable to the team. Now go to your room and watch slapshot instead of spewing this crap out.

I've never heard so many excuses in my life- I don't care who is out injured- they got flat out EMBARASSED in two big games by a superior team... The way the Leafs play- it's no wonder everybody is hurt. The Leafs are OLD and undisciplined in their physical play. They will NEVER make it past the second round of the playoffs with this team. Face it - the Flyers are just a significantly better team all around. Even with an average goaltender like Esche the Flyers are superior.... got that? Surprising that a know nothing American from Philly should have to fill you experts in.
