If we lose against Toronto and if Chicago, Houston and New England win their last game, we're out...we better not take it easy next Saturday.

A tie with this scenario would also mean that we're out.

If Houston loses or ties today, and we win vs TFC, we clinch (almost) 3rd place as the 2nd tiebreaker is GF and we have a 5-goal lead on Chicago.

2-0 NYRB vs Dynamo, if they hold on, we head into the final week of the season in 3rd.

It's crazy that for last game of the season, we still can finish anywhere between 3rd-6th.

I pray that Nesta’s injury wont keep him out for good
I really wanna see him give us VINTAGE 2002 NESTA but something tells me he will make another appearance even for 10 minutes.
Anyone have news on his injury?

Aurelien Collin doesn't have a contract next year. If Jamison Olave moved from RSL to NYRB, Nothing is impossible!

OK, now with Houston's loss final here's how we stand:

-If we lose to TFC: a tie by Chicago over New York AND Philly over Kansas City AND New England over Columbus will kick us out.

-if we tie TFC: A win by all three is required.

NY and SKC are both fighting for 1st place and the SS, so odds are at least one of them will win. I'm really not worried.

Anyways. Philly plays SKC at 3pm. We play TFC at 4pm (I'M THERE!!!) so if Philly loses,by halftime through our game we will know we've clinched.

Regardless, the team should be in a competitive mood, because 3rd place is in our power: If we beat TFC we will clinch 3rd. That is a big advantage. Our team is pretty beat up and that extra game 3 days after TFC and 3 days before the actual playoffs is brutal for us.

Guys like Brovsky and Nesta could use the extra days rest.

Also a full week means the team has time to market the game and sell tickets.

FYI, The game at Saputo would be either Saturday November 2nd or Sunday november 3rd

Oh man that would be sweet. I haven't seen a defender who has that much "impact" in a MLS game like Collin.

Shouldn't they have to decide not to re-sign him for us to have a chance? Like we did with Mapp. There is no reason for SKC for not wanting Collin back IMO.

Yes I'm sure, the press in Italy has reported it and it was relayed here. But they said that he's 'close'. There have been many players that were close to sign here but something happened and ended up staying overseas. Specially in a World Cup year, I assume most high caliber players would prefer to stay there for a chance to play in the WC.

But why would you want him in Arsenal? He's 35 yrs old!

This. If they wanted a 35 (actually 36) year old Striker, I know one that would come on loan ASAP Bit off topic, but just got my Ozil shirt shipped in today, adding to my collection Any of you guys got some/collection kits as well? If so show me some pics please! I'm personally trying to get one from every city I visit

I haven't watched any CH24 but i've seen all the HBO docs. They do a pretty great job emulating the sideline perspective and experience.

Some of the CBC HNIC intro videos do a good job as well.

But yeah, it would be awesome to have more regular habs ones.

Lol. I only now realized why we haven't seen any for a while. You can't have "Behind every Win" when you don't win.

I have many soccer shirts: 6 Impact (white blank, practice black, Di Vaio LS white, Brovsky white, Nesta LS blue and blank third) ones, 4 Real Madrid (2012/13 white Ozil, 2012/13 green Varane, 2013/14 white LS Bale, 2012/13 away kit with my own name and number, I use it when I play), 2 France (2010 blue no name, 2010 white Ribery, one more on the way, blue 2013 Debuchy) and 1 Arsenal (Ozil, red). Will probably ads an Isco one next year, I don't like this year's away and third kits.
