There you go Richards. Good work by St. Louis to just get it on net there.

Actually it should be 3-3. I had forgotten about that goalie interference that wasn't called!

Still time, but when you're down one goal with less than 10 minutes against a team like the Ducks, and you get almost a full 2 minutes of 5 on 3 play, you NEED to take advantage. That could come back to hurt them in the end.

If that was just about anyone other than Taylor, gotta figure that was a goal.

Good effort tonight, but like I said, when you get that 5-3, you need to take advantage.

Oh captain my captain please get us a goal, The ducks have gotten four and it's starting to take its toll.

That was an excellent game. It sucks to be so close and lose, but to play that well against such a good team gives me lots of hope. Plus, Janik did have two saves Maybe we should put him in goal for a game suited up as a defenseman

Probably. Oh well. He's not terrible, but he's no Lecavalier.

Could be. I live in Toronto but I rarely watch the Leafs and tonight the game was over 10 minutes in.
The Lightning did nothing in the last 2 minutes. They shot the puck in several times and not once did anyone forecheck. The Ducks easily cleared the zone every time.

Freaking Patos, i think our guys played well, except for the 5 on 3,they have to score, only two shots is not going to cut it.

Brad had a good game, Eric keeps playing hard, it was nice to see Feds score again, Vinny continues with his point streak and was very close to score a couple of goals.

How is Toronto playing??

Well, as far as I can tell they didn't get destroyed, so nice job. Sucks they lost but 3-4 is better than the 1-7 or whatever I was expecting.

....They played well, but just couldn't bring it home... that 5 on 3 at the end was the key moment of the game..can't believe they couldn't put one in there... and I'm all in with putting some pads on Janik he looked pretty good there in net..

Note to other fans: this is a place to talk about Lightning games, not take personal shots at each other. Take your arguments elsewhere.

If Dan Friggin Boyle finishes his check on Kunitz that 4th goal never happens and pehaps the Lightning get a point or more out of it. Boyle started riding him into the boards and then let up. The puck came off the boards, he got it back on his stick and threw it toward Denis like he is supposed to do. But if Dan Friggin Boyle finishes his check that doesn't happen.

The 5 on 3 was by far the most pathetic PP we have had all year and there is no excuse not to score there. Were was Ryan Craig? He sat on the damn bench the entire time. That was beyond pathetic.

Every Lightning mistake last night resulted in a goal for the Ducks. It was a game that they really should have won, or at least came away with a point. FINISH YOUR CHECKS GUYS!
