Not really, especially considering AC has a center-ice sponsorship at PNC Arena and AC has six daily flights between RDU and YYZ (three each way)

Would be better if it was cover art from one of Rush's albums.

I heard it's actually that Kovalev can only fly it for 7 minutes before his co-pilot gets mad and grounds the plane.

Caps used to use this plane, guessing its from the Polin years as it was shared with the wizards and its the old color scheme

Could've sworn the Sabres just bought this from the Cleveland Indians on the cheap:

Mainly because their previous means of air travel didn't work out so well:

Leafs on Delta is weird, too. You would think all of the Canadian teams would charter with Air Canada.

That's incorrect. The Islanders charter with Miami Air under the callsign BSK393. They usually fly the all-business 737-400s, but if they're unavailable (many NHL/NBA teams charter with them) they'll fly Miami's all-economy 737-800s.

Actually it's a G-llB, which is a G-ll mated with a G-lll wing.

Huh. FAA says that N-number is assigned to a G-IV. Maybe Huizenga traded up from the G-IIB to a G-IV after that picture was taken since the certificate date on the G-IV is in August, a few months after that pic was taken?

Do teams have team pilots, or do they just hire different ones all the time?
