Except for those 4 other wins. Reality disagrees with you.

By the book, it was a penalty. By what they've called up to that point, it wasn't. O'Halloran and Dwyer need to work on their consistency.

that and the fact he waited to call the penalty once he saw him "injured" on the ice. complete BS.

The Blues are willing to lie down for a second and play dead to get the penalty. Unfortunately, our players have more integrity than that. Actions, not outcomes, are what define penalties but this crew is messing that up repeatedly.

The Blues play a great defensive system and have talent. They are a tough team to play against. Now that we have one goal, we need to work on the second. We need a PP or two. We need our best players to be our best in the offensive end. The Blues have a skate on our throat but we need to find a way to fight our way back.

Hopefully this team has more intestinal fortitude than parts of our fan base.

Steen bounces it off Hutton. Dam. 4-1. Halak with a great save on Smith.

Steen with the bank shot off Hutton's back. Good play, but definitely a low percentage goal. Smith robbed by Halak on the high glove shot.

Smith with 1/4 of the team's shots on goal tonight. Hendricks's one SOG waived off. Bourque remains snakebit. Weber with nothing to show in the offensive end.

Rough night. Enter MAGNUS!!!!

Good news is that this is the first game of the year we really got blown out. That makes two that we really should have lost, this and Minnesota.

Bad news we lost to the Blues. They haven't played that great this year, but we make them look like a cup contender. They are not that much better than us, really it could be argued that we are equal, because they have a multitude of 2nd/3rd line forwards.

I'm laughing because this is exactly what I expect from the team we have. I'm used to us not being able to finish. I'm not getting my hopes up for this team again. It's always the same old **** and I'm sick of it. We need staff and roster changes. The players don't respond to Trotz like they used to. And the players themselves aren't the caliber to take us to the Finals.

No creativity what so ever in our roster.

King Hut is no Rinne. Neither is Hellberg. I hope we can make some changes to at least have .500 by the time Pekka comes back.
