Great news. After a pretty impressive camp I hope he takes a giant leap this year.
I should clarify, the team doesn't play til Friday, he's just back on the ice practicing with the team. I'm just assuming he'll be in the lineup on Friday. Here's the actual tweet.
Back on the ice with the boys todayy ! #ComeBack #BleedBlack @ArmadaBLB
And, in more good news he also tweeted that him and two of his teammates have been selected for the Subway Super Series in a few weeks. Nurse seems like a lock for team OHL, and there are plenty of WHL options from the Oilers. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out with they release the rosters.

I wouldn't mind so much if they didn't write then quote in full 2000 word posts.
am I the only one concerned with the fact both Bunz and Roy are back up?
Until he was Recalled Bachman was the number one goalie in Ok city
and Bunz is in a Tandem in Bakersfield--we need these guys playing more games on the farm at this point of their careers
Well, without games played, goalies won't develop, so it's quite obvious that management doesn't think much of these guys as prospects.
I've always been puzzled by why they dislike Olivier Roy so much. His stats aren't spectacular, but they're on par with how Devan Dubnyk's career progressed. Dubnyk was .921 in the ECHL, .904 and .906 in the AHL. Roy was .925 in the ECHL, .902 and .921 (so far this season) in the AHL. So pretty much identical first and second years as pros, and Roy is looking better (only two games though) in his third year pro. Seeing that Dubnyk is our starting NHL goalie, shouldn't we be seeing what Roy can do too???
Bunz, I get, they've given him the change to get as many starts that he wants in the ECHL and he's flopped with that. The fact that's he in a tandem with a 7th round pick is no one's fault but his own. Not much more you can do there if you're management.
Yeah I mentioned that at the top of the page.
I really want to watch the Q's games just to get a couple viewings of Anthony Mantha, kid's 6'05 204lbs and he's racked up 39 points in only 15 games this year.
Yakimov had a couple assists in a 2-4 loss at Avangard, all in under 10 mins of icetime. Neftekhimik just sacked their coach Krikunov, new boss, once appointed, may reevaluate his options and hopefully give Bogdan a tad more time, as he seems a bit too good for bottom six.
I have no issues with them getting extra time in the ECHL. I was actually thinking it would be good if they could go back to the Dub for one more year before preseason started. If they were in college they would definitely be 4 year players before starting pro.
These are guys that have very obvious holes in their game and they'll get a great chance to work on them. Kind of interesting that the holes in Musil's game are Gernat's strength and vice versa. Would be nice if we could send them to the Island of Doctor Moreau instead.
edit: although I do agree that there are way too many bodies. Grebeshkov was a strange and completely unneeded signing that's burned up cap space we could have spent on a Nystrom or a Cleary and Schultz the elder should have been gone yesterday.
