What's with the moustaches?

I noticed that a lot of the Flames are growing out some wicked 1980's style moustaches. Is there anything behind this? I remember last season while Warrener was with Buffalo he had one, did he bring over the idea and guys like Conroy and Iginla decided to grow them aswell? If anyone has any info on this please tell, cuz I'm curious. Personally I think it's funny.

Yup, it's a contest. Winner is declared on February 1st. So far, I think Connie is in the lead.....

There was an article about the "moustache challenge" in the Calgary Herald:
Big hairy deal
Flames use moustaches as "a good bonding thing"

I think looking like dorks is part of the fun. A green hard hat makes them look kind of dorky too. It's a team building thing, and I like it. If they're going to embarrass themselves on national tv it's better they do it in the locker room and not on the ice (as in the past).

OK guys, how about posting some pics. I keep reading about how hilariously funny these moustaches are, so I want to judge for myself. However, being on the other side of the world makes it a little bit difficult! :p
