I just saw the cutest thing ever.

After the 7-0 abomination loss and the players were walking off the ice.... a tiny little hand was held out in the tunnel looking for a hi-five.

It's not a hockey play and what Emery did has nothing to do with the game of hockey. Every league has unsportsmanlike penalties. That does not make unsportsmanlike behavior "part of the game." It's expressly specified as the opposite of that.

Did Hartnell try to high-five, miss, and fall flat on his *** causing a domino crash of players heading to the locker room?

I think the positive here is we are currently at the lowest point you can possible be. You can only go up from here.

One of the worst games I have experienced as a Flyer fan.

Curious to see what happens in the coming weeks and months.

No offense to you MSE, but I find that this game shouldn't need a PGT thread.

I laughed.

It's time to admit, we are a bad hockey team. The last 60 games show it.

I don't see any trades coming, maybe homer takes that step down. Deadline will be fun. God that's pathetic to look forward to

What's sad is that the Flyers aren't even in last place.

Good - zero, actually nothing
Bad - Nothing
Ugly - I think the worst single game by Flyers in a very long time ?

i think today we all learned that there is a time to go ham and a time to not go ham

the good: we showed signs of life
the bad: only in the 3rd period
the ugly: the signs of life were mostly to try and beat the life out of washington

The way I see it, their very last hope is the game tomorrow. If they can get a super convincing win tomorrow (I'm talking like what just happened tonight but the opposite) then there is still a chance that this team is salvageable. Obviously there won't be any trades before the game tomorrow so this might be players last chance to show that they're worth keeping.

Ray Emery was named third star with a .733 save percentage in a 7-0 shutout all while jumping a player.

That's gonna help our image. What a laughingstock this **** is.
