I know, I'm just still mad about the way he acted last night.

I know that's not all on Alex, but he's turned into such a jerk in the last couple years.

Emery starting is a joke.

This looks like it'll be a fun time. Talk about self-sabotage.

Normally I'd be pissed as hell with Berube and be quite disappointed in him but at this point it's very apparent that I have kind of given up on this season at this point. Still, I knew Berube was a joke about accountability as soon as Rinaldo and Rosehill saw games right after they both did some ridiculously dumb penalties earlier in the season.
But what if they win? I'd laugh so hard.

Why are they trying to sabotage the Flyers tank? How dare they!

So...Emery's behavior gets rewarded. Mez gets rewarded for sucking.

I don't understand.

I imagine Brayden is not happy with Luke being benched for really no reason.

If that's the case he should suck it up and turn his game around instead of worrying about his brother's ice time.

Dat NJ forward lineup without Zajac and Elias just...there's no words. Don't think I'll ever see an NHL offense look as bad as that as far as forwards go.

If we get destroyed, I laugh. If we win, I laugh. Either way, I laugh.

I'm crazy and all signs point to this game being very funny one way or another.

I'm glad Emery is starting. We don't need Mason's confidence damaged by being pulled on Friday AND having to watch Mez and Gill on Saturday

In terms of context, the only NHL player I've seen visibly upset over what Emery did was John Carlson who was just infuriated. Even Holtby was literally just laughing at Emery.

Fans know it was really crummy and scummy of Emery, but the people that matter seem to range from indifference to even support of it somehow. So in their minds either Emery does deserve a "reward" or they just don't think on what happened.

Was in a pub quiz a few months ago and got to the 3 question tiebreaker with another team for £50 of booze.

One question was 'which capital city is Zorg en Hoop airport in.'

Luckily as a ex dutch resident who spent a lot of time in Schiphol airport I answered 'Paramiribo' on the card, as it is a really frequently appearing destination on the Schiphol boards

Unfortunately I spelt it like that, with an I instead of an A... they refused to give it... tied in the tie breaker both with 2/3 (the other team had no clue on that question) and lost playing the extra tie breaker (guess the gross profit 'Finding Nemo' made! freakin joke question.)

I was pissed off.

We had won 2 weeks in a row though... I think they were getting fed up with us!

The defensive lineup changes gives me zero faith this team understands their assets.

The Streit-Grossmann pairing has a very underrated ability to provide laughs tonight at ES.

Well they certainly haven't demonstrated any understanding for at least 2 years now.

And back on the merry-go-round we go. I'm guessing they give up a goal within the first 5 minutes.

Maybe it'll be like the back end of last year? The more brutal the roster looks, the better the team plays.
