I have no faith in Hutton, so I can't see us staying close in this one, in fact it could be ugly.

Jeff Carter is out. It's going to be a low scoring game. Probably 2-0 Kings

Setting up my DVR and Dish Network is only offering the Kings feed on Center Ice...buggers!

Go Preds, make the homer announcers howl!

Hey now, that's future HHoFamer Bob Miller you're talking about now. Jim Fox can get on my nerves, but they are still probably one of the top 5 pbp teams in the league, and tend to be extremely non-homerish.

I added the line-ups and team comparisons to the OP. Looks like Forsberg and Clune are back in tonight, with Bourque and Bartley in the Press Box and Hendricks back here in Nashville for medical evaluation.

I think the lines for tonight might be our best chance at an offensive team with the forward group that we have!! I am looking forward to see what they can do.

Well, okay, fine...maybe I am thinking of the San Jose crew. I remember there is one from California that is just shamelessly homer.

And who knows, maybe a break from me seeing Pete and "Head on a swivel, Bubba" will bring us luck.

The future is back in the lineup so I have faith tonight. I also believe Hutton will get his first shutout. Wilson will get a good goal and the team will get back on track. I have a good feeling about this game

This game can go two ways, a close win or we get blown out... Ugh, just checked sports club stats

SJ's is pretty good too. You're thinking of the Ducks. Even they have gotten better over the years, but still worthy of homer status.

Still, might be a nice break from hearing "RIGHT IN FRONT" about 80 times, with no idea what is actually happening in front of the net.

I figured Bourque was going to get scratched for Forsberg tonight. Clune in for Hendricks on the 4th line. Looks like Hutton in net as well.

They really don't want Forsberg to hit the 10 game mark, do they?

Expecting a regulation loss tonight but hoping for a win or OT point.

Go Preds and prove me wrong.

My expectations are low so a point would be a pleasant surprise.

We need Hutton to return to the form he showed in his first three appearances. We need the team to avoid the gaffes in the defensive end. We need them to avoid the turnovers during line changes that killed us last game. And we need them to couple all of that with the net presence and ability to get pucks to the net they showed in Phoenix.

A tall order.

Clune gets away with a high stick off the faceoff.

QUESTION: in every game I have watched this season, your team starts the 4 th line? I have never seen this before on any team. Anyone know of a reason this is a good tactic? Can't figure it out?

I hate it but it's the "Trotzian" way apparently.
