Totally a trade in the works.

For whatever reason the team likes to keep players around and not play them.

The call up makes sense without a trade in the works imho. The fourth line is dead on the ice, it doesn't provide the energy it's supposed to. That's a reason to send back Blunden and recall someone with some spunk. I would have guessed Dumont before St-Pierre, but that really depends on who's performing the best in that kind of style in Hamilton.

Forget the trade guys... Nobody is stupid enough to give us something interesting for Desharnais, he has no value...only Bergevin was dumb enough to give him a 4 years contract at 3.5 milli per year.

Stpierre the AHLer on the 4th line is funny, we need big guys on the 4th... the team is already full of smurfs but Bergevin call up another one...its just...so funny.

It's 2-0 for Halak in this rivalry, will it be 3-0 or is it going to be 2-1? One thing is for sure is that this board is going to get bowling shoe ugly.

I guess my traveling tomorrow and having to record the game to watch on my sling box is a good thing. If they lose, I can just delete and save myself to pain of watching another loss.

OT: they are going to smoke us. 3-1 our only goal being a bounce off gionta's ass. 3 fans are said to have died of boredom watching the game. PK is blamed for that, not enough spinoramas

You got that right.

I may stop watching every Habs game until he is off the team... as he would've been a while back if his name was David Douglas.

Go Habs!

I didn't know where else to post this but are the people on l'Antichambre retarded? They keep talking about Eller and how he won't be a number one center or that he won't be better than Galchenyuk. Well no ****, I think the majority of us are expecting a solid #2 center.

Then he'll put up 8 points in 5 games and they'll be like "He's so good, who knows what his ceiling is, he has always been one of my favorite blablabla".

....until he has a cold streak. I don't even watch that show anymore. Some of them are decent but the majority are saying so much crap that it's hard to watch for more than 15 minutes.

Ah I usually agree with what Damphousse has to say. Don't really care for the other two.

If only it were just those two showdowns -- that way it would be fair. Unfortunately, in between, the Blues are a machine and we cannot score outside of the PP. Really hoping all lines contribute in some way. Can't wait for Prust and Emelin to be back. If we win this game, it will totally make up for the disappointment of the last two and then some. Gonna need some puck luck and maybe a Gionta slapper gets through?

Over/under 16 shots for? Wouldn't be surprised if under.

The main difference between last year and this year, thus far, is that Montreal is rarely controlling the pace of the game. Last season, even in defeat, Montreal generated more shots and scoring chances because they handled the puck more. Therrien needs to get back at this.
