Well if Giroux appears to me to be beyond consideration at this point for the Canadian Olympic team, the two Staal brothers can't be far behind.

how about the Ruutu hit? The elbow on Rinaldo? Some god-awful refereeing tonight.

Everything about this game is awful. The attendance. The players. The announcing. The time. It's 02:21am for ****s sake. What am i doing up?

It pisses me off Mason is getting no love because of this team in front of him. He is playing as good as any goalie this year but don't matter as the team is brutal.

If we were scoring like that then Mason would not be playing this way.

I would be very shocked if Giroux is on Team Canada come February, he's been god awful this year.

Honestly as an American I hope they take him though.

All four officials got together to talk about the Hartnell hit and the Carolina bench was pissed. Then, two weak calls against the Flyers.. all I'm saying.

That being said, the Flyers suck either way.

He was close to a lock, not sure of any player to drop this hard from a major teams radar.

This team needs to turn in it's collective man-hood membership card. Did they spend their preseason camp in the urology office being neutered?

Mind boggling how only schenn and Gus are the only ones being singled out. Half the offense should be a healthy scratch.

Giroux is playing OK, just not at elite status. He is struggling in the goal scorinf department but still gets it done at the defensive end. Not getting much help from his wing mates either. I agree, he needs to do better but it's not like he has been the main problem so far.

Yup it's crazy but he looks well on his way of accomplishing it. He's been completely invisible tonight if you take out a few turnovers.

Blows my mind. If guys like Harts and Kimmo are exempt from any punishment, this is going to be the worst year in history. Christ these two useless ****s got promoted back to top PP.

Can someone explain to me why the Flyers refuse to go to the front of the net? Cycling is nice but if the third man always drifts out to the dots then all you get are bad angle shots with no one there for the rebound. Claude spends 90% of his time standing still in the circle... movement causes pressure.

Not sure why McGinn and Raffl are playing so little. They've shown as much life as any other forward when they've been on the ice.

He did it because he was pissed at the coaches. The team knew he was going to do it. Coaches started a sophomore, who apparently wasn't any good but played that goalie on senior night and the goalie took that as a slap to the face.
