Sure if you compare it to a place like Casa de Matteo, but I happen to like when my plate costs less than 10$.

Whoever said Krispy Kreme isn't working out in Canada, try again.. their donuts are the best in the world. And when you go there they give you a free one to sample them. They're sweet as hell, but damn good.

Chi-Chis (which was a local franchise)... they were all over the place. Then they all died out. That's the big reason Taco Bell had never come into Quebec - all of their marketing surveys showed that franchsies would suffer if they had opened... not enough Tex-Mex demand in this market. Chili's died here, too, when they tried coming in during the 90s.

I'm guessing something has changed in the last little while, and they've decided to come into the market.
