I don't care so much about scrambling anymore. For a change, I'd like a qb that has an arm and can read defenses....

Yep. Close to a straight shot. For those in southern portions of Nashville, like Murfreesboro, 3 1/2 hour drive.

Awesome. Hope you all are able to make a couple of trips down. We just went under contract on a home about 10-15 mins east of the site

Leaving from Mt. Juliet (So 840 to 24 generally), it was basically a certainty to get to Marietta in no more than 3 1/2 hours when I used to drive that direction. I'd think from the Boro it would be an extremely quick trip when all is said and done.

That said, I'm not a fan of suburban stadiums and arenas.

I can understand the troubles, but the Braves need this. The biggest problems currently are access (no MARTA stop and it's surrounded by residential streets) and the fact that it's located in a no-so-great part of town. Aside from the game itself, there is no reason to be anywhere near the stadium.

I think suburban stadiums work far better in baseball and football than hockey and basketball.

Titans need more than a qb.
They need replacements for Munch, Britt, and Johnson.

I'll be honest, I'm probably going to watch more of the UK/MSU game tonight than Preds. Usually I watch mostly Preds and flip to UK when they play at the same time. The preds just don't look very good right now and it sucks. But the basketball game should be a dandy.

How tall is Drew Brees? As a UT fan, I've watched several UGA QBs shred our secondary. I know that's not saying much now, but I think Murray could earn a starting position. Hell, even Bray is a 3rd string guy. Murray is vastly better than Bray.

brees is the exception.

if you could say anything good about richt is that he can coach the hell out of QBs at the college level.....pro not so much (stafford is also another exception).

Hamilton can't get an NHL team but they might get a Grey Cup. The tabbies beat the Argooooos in the East final.

Note CFL Grey Cup will be outside....in the Frigid Praries noorth of Lambeau by a good 6 latitudes. Cold

as crazy as it sounds the Titans are still only one game out of the wildcard (well, along with about 4 other teams)

Having no good quarterback will get you nowhere in the NFL.

Titans are actually improved in many areas. The defense has done a 180. Offensive line starting to gel after a total makeover. Johnson starting to run better (still some doubts there)-- better balance with Green. Receivers coming out-- Wright, Hunter, Walker.

Locker's got a lot to prove (including durability). Not sure if they should be willing to wait around to find out. Fitzpatrick absolutely sucks. Problem is there is hardly any good options in QB available. Alex Smith would have been nice though... Titans would probaly be a playoff team with him (eventhough he's far from great).

We can draft one-- but that hasn't worked out the last 2 times-- no sure fire homerun in draft, and we won't be picking real early.

Next's years FA class not much enticing-- unless Cutler hits the market.
