I think he's an above average passer though. Just not a great shot.

Agreed, not bad by any means. Also, he is gold behind the net

It depends. Right now, he's probably top 5. That's on a hot streak, though.

Until he sustains this play, he's behind Nash, Zetterberg (when he plays there), D. Sedin, James Neal, Evander Kane, Loui Eriksson, Taylor Hall, Patrick Sharp, Pacioretty, Parise, Moulson, Elias, Kunitz, Vanek, Landeskog, Tanguay, Andrew Ladd, Brad Marchand, van Riemsdyk, Ray Whitney, Jeff Skinner, Jussi Jokinen, and Lucic.

So I'd say top 30. That's a very good player, and he could definitely move past a lot of those guys.

Think we should trade him quickly before his value diminishes
His hot streak is soon over
Think about it:
  • He is not big
  • He is not gritty
  • He is soft
  • He gets injured too easily and will therefore regress before 30
  • He does not drop the gloves
  • His shot is weak
  • He stinks on the PP
  • He was drafted late
  • He is €uropean

Definite recipe for a future failure in the NHL or a possible candidate to running "Back to The KHL" across the Atlantic. DUMP HIM!!!
