3-2 Florida in OT

I like the 1st 2 lines if that is indeed how it shakes out.

Dont think it will get that bad, 10-1 with Aaron Ward scoring on his own team 6 times. Im going to boycott the rangers tonight seeing I was there sunday and tuesday and its all the more painful when you are there. Needless to say im a little disgusted with them

No Lundqvist tonight

Quote:
Lundqvist is not 100 percent and won't play tonight against the Panthers, Nylander didn't make the trip and Malik tested his strained groin and isn't ready either.

Cullen stayed behind to work out with the team at their hotel and his availability isn't known at this point

Hmmm no Henke huh? Well lets not forget Weekes was the goalie in net when the Rangers beat the Ducks and the Sharks both of which are stronger teams than the Panthers(not trying to knock them).Correct me if im wrong but wasnt he also in net when the Rangers beat them at the Garden a few weeks(no pun) back? So he is capable of winning a few for them, I think the main factor is more the skaters than the goaltenders personally. Weekes wasnt the guy taking stupid penalty's these past few games, so if the skaters wise up and play smart, positional, un-lazy hockey they could very well skate away with a pair of points in the standings. All that being said,Lets Go Rangers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well lets just remember those games Weekes played, there was very little pressure at the time, he hadnt played in a while, they were alllll the way out west against very good teams, so the pressure was very little if any.

NOw you NEED him to step up and play big. Judging by how hes played the last two games i would say that hes not playing big. Hes falling into old habits. Hes got to stand up more, stay more stable and stop that damn overcommiting. If he can surmount a big performance tonight and give up 2 or less, i think the Rangers have a chance.

If he lets up and early one or two, forget it, the team is too frail right now.

Hey how bout getting that Powerplay working again? Theyre starting to slip on the PP and have really taken a step back with the PK

Rangers -- PP: 8th 18.8 percent (36 for 191). PK: 21st 81.6 percent (160 for 196). They need Orts.

Weekes won vs the Sharks and Ducks because he was on his hot streak. Hes on his crap streak now which means he sucks and gives up a quick goal and a softy or 2 during the game.

You think he'd figure out how to be more consistent the amount of years he's been in the league.

So two touchdowns and a 2 point conversion? But how did we only get 1? Half a safety?

Take the over

More than 6 goals will be scored tonight

I think the odds of Panthers winning 10-0 are better than them winning in a shootout

3-4 Panthers win in OT goal by Nathan Horton
