At least one person is showing some heart.

That punch landed square on the back of his head. Hope he's alright.

It may have been the LW, but Letang was pinching in pretty low. I think that was the Center's responsibility. Looks like Cullen was the one who was out of position. Klein was trying to make up for it, and Jones did about as well as we can hope against Malkin.

I'd love to see this team "turn into werewolves"

I don't even care that Nystrom got his face gashed and possibly knocked out with a punch to the head, I love that he still gives a **** right now.

But I think it's becoming increasingly obvious that without a good goaltender, this team has no identity and has no room for error. We have to either play a fantastic game or hope the opposing goalie is terrible (Varlamov) on any given night to win. Poile needs to get Hiller, like, yesterday.

The Preds should just head to the airport now. Forget the 3rd.

Well we hung in there for awhile and then disaster. Hope Nystrom is OK. He's been one of few players who has looked good this season and hate to see him go down in a fight trying to get the team going.

I agree if the price is right. Spending too much on Hiller right now is a terrible idea, though. Is this team really just a stop-gap goalie away from contending? I don't think they are.

If you are in a slump play the preds and you will score. Now Hutton is in net look for 3 more.

The answer: M. Mazanec

The question: Who is not the answer?

Get caught in the repeating loop.

At least y'all aren't going to the Chicago game tomorrow night. I can't wait to see that spectacle in person.

I'll probably have a couple more pre-game beers than usual.

Gave my tickets to a couple for a date night. They are much more tolerant than I am.

10 decent minutes to start the game ... too much undisciplined play ... too little structure as players left the system. Hornqvist is still busting his butt game in, game out ... Fisher looked pretty good ... Ekholm looked good ... Jones looked very mortal ... too many players were hit or miss throughout the game.

We needed a .500 road trip and failed to get it. Decent start to the roadie, crumbled to the end.

Victor Fasth was good in his first game back from injury... Hiller more willingly traded now?
