Reimer stopped 49 of 50 shots and has to now go to shootout, that sucks if he gets the loss

If the 1st line can start stepping up 5 on 5 we could be deadly. I feel bad for Giroux and Jake, they are getting nothing from #19. He is the new "Briere anchor" on the team.

As everyone has said, the Couturier - Read - Downie line is in beast mode. It is incredible to watch. Also, Coburn is looking better and better. As always, Steve Mason is the man.

The Couturier line and Mason in general are just...words can't describe.

That's the type of player he is and is going to be, but those players are still valuable. He isn't too involved, but when he gets a chance, he buries it.

I loved the Couts hit. Nice to see him deliver some defensive pain instead of just defensive smarts.

Shame on that beautiful pass from Vanek to Tav. Both Simmonds and Schenn took swipes at it and barely missed it. Went right to Tav.

He got the w. Trade Giroux for him, it'll solve our goalie problems!

He's a point producer. When he starts getting more ice time he'll be more noticeable. He's averaging less then 16 minutes a game, 8th among forwards. He obviously has the best pt/60 min ratio on the team. Increase his ice time and you'll notice him more and he'll get more points.

Same thing happened to JVR. He was getting around 15 and half or less a game on average when he was here. He goes to Toronto gets 19 minutes a game last year and 20 this year and his production goes up.

Brayden is only 22 so he's still got time to grow into a bigger role but sooner or later the Flyers are gonna need to give him more ice time if they want him to be the player he can be. I mean no one could convince me that Couturier's offensive improvements aren't linked to the fact that he's getting 20 minutes a game with quality line mates now.

As has MANY on this team early on this year . He has had a few foot injuries etc. Harts will get it going ! I remember Lavi benching him then he went on a nice scoring run !

Caught most of the 3rd, glad they got the W, Mase always in beast mode especially on the PK when he reached back for that puck
I wouldn't be that upset if Hartsy or Simmer were traded, it seems as if they both get worse as time goes on

I don't think Brayden Schenn will be the superstar we thought we were getting when we traded for him, But I think he can end up being a 60 point guy if he gets enough minutes

Definitely would rather see hartnell traded, I thought Simmonds has been playing better recently after a slow start

Yeah, I think he's a 25-30 goal and a 35-40 assist guy in the future. With the right linemate and enough ice time he may have 07-09 Richards point potential.

I think B. Schenn could easily be a 30 goal guy playing a full season with G and Jake. Hartnell hasn't looked very good the last couple of games, but every time you think he should be traded he turns it around so I am not going to worry just yet

You determine win% by:

Pts earned/Pts possible

So the Flyers have a .500 win percentage. HTH.

He is pretty much exactly on pace for 30 now... but yeh, I reckon 30-35 is pretty much Schenns peak if on top line.

Couturier is a beast. He may not score very many goals but he's been great lately.
